Located in Rolling hills estates just off 192 and Livingston Rd. Just minutes to Disney World about 10min to Animal kingdom, 17 min to Magic Kingdom.
We have lots of wonderful fun features: Brand New 5 person hot tub that will soothe your ache muscles or sit in the massage chair to relax. The villa has 2 - 65 in tvs one in the living room, one in game room, 50 in tv's in 2 king size bedrooms. 2- 43 in tv's in kids bedrooms.
In the Front bedroom is a reading chair with selection of children's books to soothe your child to sleep. There is Fantastic desk in the front room that use to be in the Polynesian resort. So if you need to do a little work from Vacation why not feel like you are at Disney Polynesian resort

We have an amazing property management team at 1st for Orlando who will take care of your reservations and your needs while at the home. Michael and I are always available if you have questions.
We have a new Guestview welcome board in the home with links to local recommendations and check in and check out info. It has all kinds of information to help you enjoy the villa.

Please only 2 cars in driveway, no parking on the grass.
We will send you a rental agreement 3 days prior to your arrival and then you fill it out and return it to 1st for Orlando they will send you your check in information. Due to security reasons we send this information out 3 days before your arrival.
Disclosure: We do have the ring security cameras at the front door, garage, sides overlooking AC and Pool heater. This is to provide security for our equipment.
