Great house that accommodated my large family well. The host provided great communication, replying back promptly to my messages. The kids loved the game room and pool. It is close by to so much.

Wonderful home to stay in with a great location! The pool was a hit with the kids along with the game room! Everything was very clean and organized and easy to check in and check out! We definitely recommend and we would stay again!

Beautiful home where we got to make beautiful memories for a family trip with 4 kids. Super close to Disney which made for a really convienient trip back and forth to the park - and the pool was a huge hit! kids are already asking when we can go back!

We recently stayed at this gorgeous villa for two weeks as a party of 9 (4 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 children) for two weeks. the villa was spotless with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and jacuzzi was much needed for time out from the parks, and to relax. Valdenir the owner was really helpful from the outset and during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. We loved it.

We stayed 6 nights with 2 adults and 2 teens. It was clean and spacious. Close to all 4 Disney parks and everything else we may have needed. The beds were comfortable and I especially appreciated the dark rooms for napping during the day. I hope to stay here again and again! Host was gracious and responsive. Had the best most relaxing stay!

The home was beautiful, clean, and just like the pictures. We had a wonderful time.Initially we had a glitch with the hot water, however the host quickly responded with clear directions to remedy the issue.Great communication/responsiveness through-out our visit.We will definitely stay there again when we visit Orlando.

Spacious, clean and comfortable home for our 5-night stay. Close to Disney parks. Lots of close by dining and shopping options within a few mins drive. Host was easy to reach and took care of all our questions and needs.

This place worked soooo good for my family of 8 adults and 1 little guy. It has an actual crib, high chair, baby gates and most importantly enough pool towels for all! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for the week. Location was great for grocery shopping, winery close and not far to Disney. Great communication with owner! Super helpful and quick to respond. I highly suggest this place!

This house had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, water pressure in the showers were perfect. The house had a great layout for our family.The pool and spa were also perfect. We had several days of relaxing poolside and enjoying the house.The location was ideal for us. Tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood and located to tons of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the short drive to Universal Studios and Disney Springs. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to go to Disney or Universal Studios.The host was easily accessible if we had any questions or concerns.

Recommend staying at this home. Beds were very comfortable, pool a great size, master bath very spacious, plenty of room for our group. 15 minutes from Disney parks and 30 minutes from Universal. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay overall. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Having six bedrooms and our own private pool gave us so much more room than a hotel, and the location was very convenient for Disney.A few things kept it from being a perfect experience. There was not even one extra garbage bag provided, which felt like an unnecessary cost-saving measure for a rental of this caliber.I also did not like that the thermostat was locked at 71 degrees so guests could not adjust it. I understand not wanting the AC running excessively while guests are at the parks, but allowing reasonable adjustments and automatically resetting it to 71 each morning would be a better compromise.The security camera overlooking the pool also made me uncomfortable. I understand exterior cameras for property protection, but a private pool is an area where guests reasonably expect more privacy.Finally, the listing advertises a pool and hot tub. It does state farther down that pool/spa use is by request and subject to a charge, but I would prefer that information and the cost to be much more prominent, especially since the listing also says there are no hidden fees. The hot tub was not on when we arrived, so we simply did not use it.Overall, we really enjoyed the house and had a wonderful stay. A little more emphasis on guest convenience and privacy would make an already great property even better.

This is the perfect place to stay with family. The house was clean, centrally located and worth Penny. The kids loved the Mickey Mouse and Princess themed rooms. Between the game room and the pool the kids didn’t want to leave. Will definitely book again.
