Perfect Location / Amenities Abound

The place is exactly as it appears. Inside are all the things you need to relax and entertain in comfort. We had 8 family and cooked in every meal together. Barbecue fired right up. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms modern and clean. Lots of closet and drawer space. Slept on the pull out sofa and it was in great shape - - very comfortable and easy to set up and stow away. Plenty of linens and towels. Outside deck seating for morning coffee was really lovely. Just out the door is an easy walk to the beach, the canal, or Venice Main Street. Despite that proximity, it is a very quiet street. The beach is huge. We had plenty of space for frisbee, spike ball and lounging. We swam every day and had pods of dolphins with us. It was fantastic. Would definitely stay again. There is a lot of street parking within walking distance. Some days parking took some circling, but something always opened up.

Great location, comfortable house

Exactly as described, with a well-stocked kitchen, flawless check-in, close to beach and easy walking distance to much of what we wanted to do in Venice Beach.

Great Stay In Marina Del Rey!

This is a beautiful home in a great location. The description of 50 steps from the beach is very accurate. The home is very clean and all updated and just adorable. It is in a quiet neighborhood with local traffic only. The rooms are good size and plenty of room to relax and hang out. We had 5 of us there the whole time and then two joined us for one night. Don't let the "pullout" couch scare you off as one of the sleeping options. I actually slept on it one night and it is surprisingly comfortable. Diana, the owner is very responsive. One late afternoon one of the fire detectors starting beeping. I tested her to let her know and that we were leaving for dinner. I got a text from her while at dinner saying it had been taken care of. Check in instructions and map are very easy and accurate. I highly recommend this property and will be back myself.

Muggy Accommodations

Diffently not a summer vacation spot, only because No AC and no ceiling fan in the living room. Bedroom fans were insufficient. Master bedroom AC wall unit is a 1970's model and blew warm air. The fans that were provided after us complaining of the heat, were not strong enough. Diana was prompt to accommodate us with floor fans. The condo is very nice and updated and very clean. I would reccomend a winter stay not a summer stay unless you can handle the heat even with all the windows open it was still hot. Yes I would stay again, "ONLY" if an AC is provided. Thank you Diana

Good spot but beware

The owners live upstairs and kept staring at us through the windows. Communication was constant and very aggressive. For the money we paid it was not worth dealing with the hostility. .

Fantastic Beach Rental

This is easily one of our favorite vacation rentals. Everyone in the family loved the house and the beach access. Diana clearly pays attention to details as everything you would what what provided. The living room with high ceilings and tall windows is so inviting. Everything is new and clean. Plenty of towels, salt and pepper, coffee. games, TVs with easy to use Roku interfaces. I can't think of anything to complain about. The other surprise was how quiet it was. That is very unusual for a beach location. In spite of being walking distance to Venice, this part of town is quiet. Thank you Diana for a great vacation destination!

Great stay by the beach

My family, including two kids (aged 4 and 1) really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Its location right across from a clean and quiet beach is perfect. It's also spacious for a family of 4 and has all the amenities you could want when traveling with kids, including a pack n play, high chair, books, and games. Communication with Diana (the property manager) was very seamless; she responded quickly to texts and checked in with us a few times about our stay. The condo also has a garage so you don't have to deal with looking for parking (though note the garage is a bit tight for a big car). Overall, we loved this place and hope to come back in the future.

Lovely stay in Marina del Ray right by the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The host, Diana, was extremely responsive and kind throughout the whole process. The property is really nice - well-decorated and furnished, spacious, and mostly quiet. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bathrooms are really nice, and the beds are comfortable. There is also a washer and dryer in one of the rooms, which is key with a baby. The only minor watch outs are that there is no central AC (although I don’t think that’s super common in LA and wasn’t a problem during our stay) - only a window AC unit in the primary bedroom and fans in the other rooms. Additionally, the property is the downstairs unit of a duplex, so we heard some footsteps throughout the day and night. It really wasn’t a huge issue and overall the property is really quiet! Would definitely come back!

Lovely home spacious great closets and bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped .

Very lovely. I would rent again but the price may be a limiting factor .
