Luxury Venice 3 bedroom 2 bath, 1 block to Beach!

You`ll love your stay at this stunning 3 bedroom with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and only half a block to the beach! This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is in the heart of Venice beach, just a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This stunning condo is located on the top floor. Walk in to the huge living room space with 10 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. A large fireplace, a 75 inch TV and a comfy seating await you. To your left is the kitchen and dining area. Down the hall is the laundry room with a free washer and dryer for you to use. Then 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a bathroom. The end of the hall leads to the master suite with 2 queen beds, a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a steam shower, and a massive walk in closet.

There is also a rooftop deck, accessed by a ladder just outside the front door. Please be careful while climbing. The rooftop provides comfortable seating and ocean views :)

Location was perfect. Just a block off Venice Beach. Quick walk to a highly active area, but quiet at night. Included garage parking was a great benefit & apartment was bigger than expected.

Ideal location, dreamy rooftop, private balcony, garage parking, steps to the beach! This place has it all, plus unique architectural features that make it very special. Communication was excellent, checking in and out was easy. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here next time we visit Venice Beach.

We had the most wonderful stay and the host was communicative and super helpful. If you’re interested in finding a spot where you don’t have to drive anywhere- this is the spot. This location is very walkable to anything you wanna do- coffee, breakfast, lunch, beach, dinner and bars. The beds were comfy, place was very clean, the showers have great water pressure, everything was top notch for our group. We hope to be back soon!

This place was perfect for our girls roller skate trip to Venice! Plenty of parking, the kitchen was well equipped, the jetted bathtub was perfect, and the location was walking distance to all of the Venice sites and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Amazing spot!!!!!

The host was great from the booking of the reservation. The home is the best hidden gem in Venice Beach. Access to the beach was 2 minutes. Walk to Abbot Kinney was 5 minutes. We enjoyed our stay immensely. I could go on and on how wonderful this beautiful home is and our family loved the private rooftop. We will be coming back.

There’s lots to like about this condo! The location near the beach, the nicely-furnished and spacious interior, the garage parking, the roof access, and reasonable pricing. But one issue in particular kept me from giving a 5-star review: Many of the windows in the condo are casement-style windows that are designed to be opened and closed by turning a crank, but many of those cranks are broken which means that a handful of windows are stuck slightly open and can’t be closed. Seeing that this issue was already mentioned in an earlier review 8 months ago, this should have been fixed by now.There were a few other smaller maintenance issues that I communicated directly to Justin that hopefully he'll address for future renters, but they didn't detract much from the quality of our stay so I figured I wouldn't bother listing them here.Lastly, there's one important detail about the ladder that leads up to the roof that Justin mentioned in the check-in instructions but that I failed to notice, so I wanted to point it out to future renters: The ladder is only firmly attached to the wall at the top, and the bottom of the ladder is designed to pull out away from the wall and rest on the floor. We didn't realize this, and as a result the climb up was a lot more rickety than it should have been. So just a heads-up to pull the bottom of the ladder away from the wall to make it nice and stable when climbing up.

Great location! Really enjoyed it overall! Very nice welcome basket. 4 beds to ensure everyone is covered. No major issues, but there were several little things - some of the windows not closing completely, blinds that can’t be raised/lowered, shared garage, some minor maintenance items. I believe the listing describes it as a whole house, but it is 1 floor of a 3 story building (shared garage). Also, there was a noticeable odor upon entrance. Not sure if someone was just cooking pungent food, but it was noticeable each time we entered over 5 days. Overall, I would stay there again though.

The property waa fantastic. So close to the beach. The kitchen had all the amenities amd the rooms were very comfortable.The secure garahe parking was perfect. It was a perfect spot for pur family of four. Next time we are in venice beach we will stay here. It really was terrific
