Great Neighborhood - Beautiful Property

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. We wanted to stay in the city for the night to celebrate a friends birthday, and it was great to be able to hang out on the deck and rooftop, have a safe and clean place to sleep, with great access to the city so we could be out on the town. Would stay again! Thank you!

Boss time

Stayed overnight after Springsteen concert with family and friends. Awesome house . Great location and we all loved the rooftop and everything else about the house. The Boss was pretty good too!

Great Location in South Philly

Went to Philly to hang out with family and go to the Eagles vs Jags game. Great location to stay, near tons of entertainment options (bars / restaurants / coffee shops), but still on residential street. Think literally near everything, but not right in the middle of everything, so when you want to just chill on the rooftop balcony its not madness around you. Gives you the best of both worlds, quiet down time when you want it at the place, but only a block from everything. Would definitely stay again.

Fun with friends!

We had a great girls weekend. Nice place, great rooftop deck and many cute restaurants within walking distance. Communication with owners was attentive. Even dropped off a hair dryer that we couldn’t find in the house…thank you!

Graduation

Our family was in town for our son’s graduation and chose this rental for its location. The neighborhood was great with its shops and restaurants and within walking distance of the Italian Market. Also, if you love ice cream, as my husband does, be sure to visit MilkJawn a few blocks away. (We did 3 times!) The unit itself was clean and comfortable, and the views at night from the rooftop decks were fantastic. Check in was easy and hosts were responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife's birthday stay

I want to start off by saying my wife who is scared of heights enjoyed both of the rooftop decks. The location was very quiet and peaceful and a very cozy space for her to relax and truly enjoy her beautiful day We cannot wait to stay at the property again. Everything you need is there right down to your basic condiments for cooking. Such a lovely gem of a spot. The only thing I will say to be aware of is parking. You might catch a little bit of anxiety with the parking. I would say if it's more than one person's thing, make it a point to have everyone ready to go with unloading their things so we can go quickly because you might not be able to find parking.

Just Ok

We booked for the roof deck and upon arrival were disappointed that the roof deck doesn’t look like the photos. The furniture was not set up, 1/2 the string lights don’t work, there was trash scattered around the deck and a trash bin full of other peoples trash, assuming previous guests. The house is fine, a bit run down. The master bedroom closest was filled with the last guests bed linens, or so I assumed. The price per night is high for what you get.

Terrific Location

Location could hardly have been bettered. Apartment was very well appointed…bedding, cookware, dishes and glasses, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Only issue I had was use of what for me was overly scented laundry products. They did not agree with my sensitive nose. Managers responded very quickly when my sister and I goofed on how to access the door codes. Also quickly made notes of small issues we suggested be dealt with. Very professional. All and all would recommend very highly to anyone looking for well located and well appointed apartment with three very spacious bedrooms.

Cute place in great location

We loved this apartment! It's on a quiet street but a short walk to many stores and restaurants.We especially loved the double deck rooftop! We were happy we had a break on the cold weather to enjoy that.Hosts were helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

A beautiful and cozy home for our 3 day trip

Overall my experience in this location was amazing. The house is exactly as advertised, the view from the roof deck might be even more breath taking. All rooms and bedrooms were clean and cozy. So many nice provided amenities like towels, bathroom supplies, kitchenware, coffee/tea, etc. Management was very helpful, quick to respond, and even accommodated a later check out time which we all greatly appreciate. Also one of my friends left some personal belongings behind and management was so willing to help get them mailed back to us. There’s definitely some great people managing this place. Since I didn’t see much reviews about parking I will say, it is on street parking and during the day wasn’t as hard to find parking, but at night it was very difficult. There was so much easy access to public transportation and local things to do and go to eat that it wasn’t much of an issue for my group but that’s also all of Philly for you. I would also like to add it is a common thing for Philly homes to have a lot of stairs and narrow stairwells and this location does. I would suggest if you are disabled or elderly that it might be much for you but for us it was fine. With all that being said my friends and I enjoyed our stay as we had a great place to prepare for a concert we were going to and enjoy the city life of Philadelphia! and if I’m ever back in Philly again I’d definitely return to this location! Thank you Liam and Mike once again for such an incredible stay!

Great Location and Awesome Deck

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend in Philly. The location of the apartment is convenient to downtown and there are lots of cool restaurants and shops in East Passayunk. Great views from the outside deck and amenities were perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great stay in South Philly

We had a great stay at this beautiful place. The rooftop balcony and second balcony were so relaxing and gave a great view of everything. Wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants walkable nearby. One thing people should know before booking is that there are lots of steps to get up to kitchen/living room and down to bedrooms, so if you have anyone with mobility challenges with you, this might not be the perfect match for your needs. Really unique and beautiful place. Great communication with hosts. Thanks for the fantastic time!

Beautiful home

Great Location topped by Fabulous Roof Decks

The roof deck is worth the trip!!! In an up and coming neighborhood, hip and local, still quiet, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do (with the exception of the historical tourist agenda - that would require an easy Uber). Clean, updated and well equipped. Would be fabulous for a group of friends.
