Gorgeous, newly renovated 4bd 2.5ba home & fenced in backyard. You will absolutely LOVE the space & location! With a stylish boho vibe, it's a quick 20 min Uber to downtown & 1 block from the lively Progress Ridge TownSquare. Walk out your front door to restaurants, coffee shops, a Splash Pad, AMC Theatre & Big Al's, which features a bar, restaurant, arcade & bowling alley! Close proximity to Oregon Wine Country, the Columbia River Gorge, as well as Intel Aloha & the Nike Headquarters. Please note: Parking is on the street. Access to the home requires walking up a steep grassy slope and is not recommended for guests with mobility limitations or those using wheelchairs, walkers, or canes.

Fabulous Townhouse for Christmas vacay!

My husband and 3 college kids home for the holidays stayed in this amazing Tigard area townhouse. Plenty of room for all of us, all the amenities we needed and so close to all of the things in Portland that we wanted to explore, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Perfect House

We had a great time in Beaverton. House exactly as pictured. Beds very comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was very helpful and would respond back quickly. Close to a shopping center and restaurants. Looking forward to going back!

Great inside - outside needs work

Not a five-star but, pretty nice. We enjoyed our stay inside this home; the amenities were great for staying over the weekend; comfy beds, supplies for cooking, and we really appreciated what was available to support having a toddler with us. It was just what we needed. We did find some of the electrical not functioning such as dimmers, no ice maker, and the refrigerator door wouldn't stay shut. But no deal breakers. We didn't think it was where we were to stay at first because of the shape of the outside. The entry way was difficult for our elder parents to navigate; the driveway was steep and the walkway from the driveway was unkept with dumpsters and overgrown bushes. Also, the walkway from the street consisted of small blobs of concrete that were hard to see due to the overgrown yard. The entryway includes steps and a small deck/platform that was poorly lit at night (bug filled light fixture), so you had to watch your step. The backyard was not usable; overgrown grass and blackberries were creeping back in. Looking around the neighborhood, this was the worst looking property. Again, not a deal breaker but disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay at Juelia’s duplex! The beds were very comfortable, communication was excellent & any issues were addressed very quickly! We like to cook at home, so I wish there were some baking or casserole dishes to use, but we were able to borrow from our family for a few meals. Other than that, we found the home very comfortable & homey! Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

The property is decorated nicely inside, however this property is not accessible for anyone with mobility issues or if you don’t want to haul your wheelie bags and groceries up a grass hill to the entrance. The driveway is super steep and you don’t have access to the garage. The parking is on the side street, with the access to the house being a grass hill. This was such a surprise to us since no photos or description of this were included in the listing. Also note: the unit is a duplex. The neighbors were generally quiet but left for work early and the garage door opening was audible in the master bedroom. Inside is cute but had so many issues we’ve never had in a rental before: towel rod missing in the main bath upstairs so there was no place to hang up wet towels, a constant drip in the master bathroom sink requiring us to place a washcloth in the sink and cover it with a towel to avoid hearing it while we tried to sleep, only six normal sized spoons and a general mismatch of random silverware, lack of 9x13 pan requiring us to go purchase one (we always make enchiladas when we stay somewhere and have always had a pan included), batteries missing in a fan remote (which the owner did offer a solution for).Overall, we made it work for the busy weekend we had planned with family, but we definitely felt we paid too much for this mediocre and misrepresented property. For the price, I’d encourage you to look at other properties which are much nicer.

Thank you for your feedback, Becky. I’m truly sorry that the access to the property was not a good fit for your mother’s mobility needs. As soon as you let me know, I apologized, offered to help you find another property, and offered a refund for any unused nights if you chose to relocate. You ultimately decided to stay, but I completely understand your concerns. I wish you had asked previously because every time a guest asks me about issues with mobility I advise them to choose a different property as we care very much about our guest experience.

Beautifully decorated

We were so happy with our stay here. The location was great for us as a family with kids. The Progress Ridge TownSquare is within walking distance - and they have everything there - movie theatre, a beautiful lake, restaurants, bowling and arcade center, water fountains for the kids to play in. And it is only 30 minutes from the airport. The location could not be beat! The interior of this place is decorated like out of a catalog - seriously! It is so beautiful! My daughters loved the bunk beds, while my son enjoyed having his own daybed and room. We did not need infant equipment, but was happy to see things available for families that might need it (pack n play, high chair, stair gate, etc). The backyard is fenced in and has a cute little patio area and grill. The owners were quick to respond if we had any questions. This was such a beautiful place that exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back!

Girls weekend

This house is decorated fantastically with a feminine touch which was perfect for our girls weekend. The neighborhood is quiet but close to stores and restaurants. The driveway is very steep and somewhat slippery when it’s raining so I recommend parking streetside, it’s closer to the front door so it’s actually a better location. The beds are all very comfortable with soft and cozy bedding. The kitchen was adequate for our needs with all of the basics needed. The host was super easy to communicate with and checked in on us to see if we needed anything throughout our stay. We will definitely use this property if we find ourselves needing to stay in the area again.
