This house was perfect for our business trip! We loved being in Beaverton. It was a very convenient drive to everything we needed. For three co-workers, we all had room to spread out as needed and made lots of great memories together!

House is nestled in a quiet Beaverton suburb with gorgeous landscaping. Quiet area, but also not far from freeways with easy access to Portland to the East or the ocean to the West. Also within a mile of a shopping mall with an excellent grocery with take-out deli, good restaurants, coffee and and two wonderful Oregon pub houses. With a slightly longer drive you are in old-town Beaverton.Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of room to work. Living area has SmartTV well connected to view live events. Living are furnishings are bit dated but quite functional. Master bedroom is large and gracious.

Overall everything was good to fair. The backyard was not as advertised or pictured. The grass was dead and weedy, the fence was broken and not appropriate for either dogs or small children. Several of the cooking pans were old and dirty and should be replaced. There were plenty of dishes, could use more drinking glasses.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Terri. We are glad that The house was nice, in a quiet neighborhood for your stay! But we are left wondering what we could have done to earn a 5 star review. VRBO does consider anything less than 5 stars as subpar and we would have loved to know what could have been done to enhance your stay! It was a pleasure hosting you and we would gladly have you back.
