Upon entering this Outer Banks rental, you'll find a tastefully decorated, open concept living area with ample seating and natural light. There's also ample seating thanks to the comfortable sofa. Complete with a 60" smart TV and sound bar, it's the perfect place to watch movies, play video games, or simply relax. The kitchen features everything you need to prepare meals at your home away from home. Cleaners need to clean better . It’s a very cute house, easy access to beach . Kitchen was well equipped and so was beach toys etc. Loved the enclosed porch was wonderful when it rained. Had a very relaxing week . Thank you Janet

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed the property, great location, the pictures underestimate the quality of the place overall. We definitely hope to come back.

The Host/realty company was communicative leading up to (and during) the stay and check in/out were straightforward. The location of the home was excellent - truly steps from a quiet beach. There were chairs and umbrellas available for guests. Photos of the property were accurate and the space was light and open. We had an inoperable grill which the host was able to repair within 3 days of our stay; no other maintenance issues. There were no unwelcome pests and the space was relatively clean; however, there were a few dust bunnies and a moldy coffee maker left by the previous guests which I suppose slipped through the cracks. Overall, it was a nice stay and we were looking for a smaller, family-friendly home and this fit the bill.

House is great for a small family. The property mgmt service was very responsive and helpful. It was very clean on check in. Beds were comfortable and the living room has a nice big tv with comfy couch and armchair. Very nice screened in porch. Laundry facilities were good and there's a wash line with clips for wet towels to dry outside but not get rained on. Plenty of room for bikes, beach cart below. 2 cars fit easily in driveway. Only complaint is the dishwasher is very small and very noisy. Plan to run it when you're going to be out. Great location with easy walk to beach and "downtown" Duck and the boardwalk. Overall, a nice place to stay.
