This house was set up so nicely and was the perfect family-friendly property for a week at the beach! The house had everything we could possibly need and each room having their own bathroom was an added bonus. Can’t say enough nice things about the tiki bar, pool area, and all the ice makers throughout the house! Would definitely book again.

This house was phenomenal! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom! Loved it! The location was great! Very easy walk to the beach to get sun, surf and see dolphins swim by. Short walk to Art's Place for a delicious breakfast. Loved the pool! Beautiful yard. Well stocked with everything (six blenders!). Boys loved the tiki bar upstairs with TV's, sound system, bar and ice maker (even a dishwasher up there!) It was a really great house and location! I will definitely be getting it for next year!

Wonderful location. Five bedrooms with own bathrooms was very convenient for my family and I and allowed everyone to have their privacy when warranted. In my opinion it’s now a must! Backyard is a dream for dog owners and for children to play safely (mine are grown). Lots of space for lounging inside and out. No need to pack heavy coolers bc it’s a 2 minute walk to beach. Will definitely be coming back soon!

This was my first time staying at a VRBO rental property. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. With the ocean access just across the street and a pool in the backyard, everyone was happy! The pictures made it appear that the Tiki bar was on the same level as the pool. But it was up the stairs and felt too separate, so we didn't use it. But overall, a beautiful house and fun place to stay. Brittany was very responsive when I had a question or concern. It just made everything easy. Thank you so much for a great week! Nancy K

Great Location, Spacious Home

We very much enjoyed our stay with our pups. It was a spacious, clean home with all the necessary amenities and communication with the host was prompt. Location can’t be beat with the beach across the street. We had a wonderful time, and would highly recommend.

We had a Wonder Stay Made ton of Memories the beach being so close to the home was a Plus for us with kids and I Expecting any day now! The home is huge! And very spacious perfect for a big family! Pool and hot tub a hit for kiddos as well! Have no complaints and 100% worth the money go book your stay with this wonder family! We will be booking again

OBX 22' - Walker Fam

The house and location was perfect for our family. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was very nice. The location to beach access was perfect. The pool was great, especially for the kiddos. The property is simply a wonderful vacation spot for families and we hope to book it again in the future.

Perfect getaway

My families first ever family vacation and we chose the perfect house. Steps from beach access was just what we needed! The weather wasn’t in our favor but the house has two enjoyable bar areas that kept us entertained the entire week.

Perfect Beach House

The house was awesome! Living room, kitchen and all 5 bedrooms on same level. Very clean home. My family really enjoyed staying there. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. We will be back!

Love this Property

This is our 2nd year. Great location. Great for family vacation. Nice home with lots of amenities. We love the tiki bar with TVs and the kids love the large back yard for corn hole, throwing football etc. We definitely will be back next year! Thank you!
