Jess is an exceptional host! The house and location were perfect for our week in Fort Collins during our daughter's softball tournament. We really appreciated the bikes and the goats were a fun addition! Will definitely rent again for future softball tournament trips!

The house was perfect! Very well stocked with everything you need! Loved the decor and very clean. And Howard and George made the perfect hosts! Would love to stay here again!

Hot tub was great! Kitchen had everything we needed and the place was very cozy. The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch. Thank you!

Easy walk to Old Town. Quite neighborhood and very relaxing back yard. The friendly goats in the backyard made the stay even better.

Wedding weekend

Great location and a home that was very comfortable (including the beds), clean, well stocked (including some extras that aren't always readily available), and exactly as described online. We loved our stay!

Great house and goats.

We stayed for a long weekend and had a great time - everything in the house worked as described or better, and we really enjoyed the extra touches. The goats were very gentlemanly throughout our stay.

Wonderful Experience

We had traveling hiccups due to weather. Our host was amazing, let us check in early, and brought us freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. The goats and hot tub were our favorite piece. This eas our forst Air B&B experience abd definitely the way to go moving forward!

Cool spot just north of CSU

Very cool house - nicely furnished. Nice neighborhood. A bit of a hike to the more popular (touristy?) parts of Old Town. Goats were cool. Too hot to want to make use of the hot tub, but can imagine it would be ideal during cooler/cold months.

Family visit

We were in town to visit our son. This was our 2nd time staying at this house. We love it. Enjoyed the hot tub which is well maintained. Howard & George are very friendly and quiet. We had fun feeding them veggies and fruit. The house is quite comfortable and nicely decorated. Kitchen has everything. A very nice property.

Wedding weekend

Kitchen is large with top notch appliances and equipment thoroughly stocked, hot tub clean and easy to use, fire pit well maintained, bicycles Excellent access to Old Town. Rooms spacious with excellent storage options for clothing in all areas. Dining area is large. The restrooms are clean and upscale faucets. Love all the extra towels for bathing and the spa. We thoroughly enjoyed having this house to return to after lots of wedding preparations and the wedding itself. The help manual is well organized, concise and very informative. Loved it.

We love George and Howard

We fell in love with the design of this house. Very creative but also very comfortable. Nice mattresses on all beds. Nicely furnished with stocked kitchen. It has onsite parking and we were able to park our Yukon easily off the street. I walked to Old Town. Could walk to campus. Easy stroll to our favorites Lucile’s and AlleyCat. Everything was clean and well maintained. And the goats were so fun. They love apples, but lettuce not so much.

Stay with Goats!!

Goats! We chose this place for a nimbler of reasons: large enough for 6, close to good things in Ft. Collins, a nice backyard with fire pit and hot tub…but the decision point was the goats. George and Harold did not disappoint. They enjoyed a variety of fruits and vegetables, and Harold especially enjoyed neck scratches. The manager was easy to reach when we had an issue with the fire pit (caused by a prior guest: don’t burn wood on top of a propane fire pit, people!). The housekeeper even greeted us with chocolate chip cookies. The grill was easy to operate and everything was comfortable…well stocked house with guests in mind. Book here!
