Beautiful condo with excellent service

Property was new, nicely decorated and spacious. Hannah was extremely responsive in all communications before and during our stay.

Family visit

Good location for us—about 2 miles from family. Heard trains twice each night—not a problem. House is very clean with a well equipped kitchen. One improvement would be a remote garage door opener to use in vehicle. Hope to stay here again.

Excellent stay

We rented this property to attend a nephews wedding. First and foremost, this home was extremely clean when we arrived. There was plenty of room and bathrooms to accommodate the many getting ready for a wedding. The location was less than 5 minutes away from many of the bars and restaurants that Fort Collins has to offer. The beds were so comfortable, almost as good as my own. There was ample stock for all of the necessities needed for my family. As for the train, I only heard it once and found it so amusing. As a native New Yorker, no noise rattles me. I would stay there again in a NY minute. Thank you, property owner, for allowing us to stay in your beautiful, big, clean, and beautifully decorated home!

Great place to stay!

We loved our stay here. Clean, comfortable beds, everything you need. A highlight was access to the two community pools which our kids loved, we spent a lot of time there! Only slight issue is proximity to the train tracks as the horn can be quite loud especially at night. But we did also start to get used to it!start to get

Great Townhouse and community pool

My family of 8 stayed very comfortably. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything you needed, community pool was a huge highlight and plenty of space for everyone. I would definitely stay again!

Great pet friendly place

We rented this house for my family of five and the grandparents. We have two dogs. Usually dog friendly properties are not as nice as others. This property is still a very nice, very clean property. There were reviews about the train, it was not an issue for us at all over the four days. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are super comfy as well! Hannah was a tremendous host as well and very responsive.

Wonderful Stay

We were very pleased with the cleanliness, location, and comfort of the townhouse. As well, the owner was very pleasant and understanding to work with. It was nice to enjoy a home away from home. :)

Pros and Cons

Pros: Hannah is fantastic and sweet! Unit is a nice size and almost new construction. Neighbors are friendly. Cons: Kitchen could use a few more items to make actually cooking for yourself work better. (Tupperware for leftovers, casserole dish, pitcher for cold drinks, etc.) Needs 2+ outdoor chairs for patio area. Not one lamp in the whole place, there should be one in every bedroom (2 in the Master) and one in the living room. Garage door opener would be nice since garage parking is required. Furniture is a bit on the cheaper side and the huge bean bag shouldn't count as living room furniture! Water pressure is pretty terrible. The TRAIN is so close its almost inside the unit and is SO LOUD. Comes through at all hours and HAS to blow its whistles several times due to two nearby intersections.

Clean and spacious

The kitchen is great to cook from in an open air environment. It’s a short 12 min drive to CSU campus. Great master bedroom and bath.
