There’s a peaceful seating area on the front porch with comfortable rocking chairs and tables!L for your morning coffee and tea.

Make yourself a fire in the fire pit. There is firewood at the back of the house and fire starters are inside the cabinet under the tv.

Text or call me for any needs. I can have groceries delivered and in the fridge before you arrive, or deliver coffee or food to you if you don’t want to leave! Additional fees will apply.

Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood on a ridge. There is a wedding venue down the road so sometimes you will hear music playing until around 10 PM. It has never been an issue for us or anyone else!

We have a large gravel driveway for you to park.

A beautiful tiny house all to yourself with a porch, a fire pit, and a nice little yard. We have a neighbor dog that loves to great our guests! Our pups will greet you too if they’re out when you’re out! We have a standard poodle and a Shih-poo.

So many things to do around the tiny house. It's a great location! It's a short drive to Lake Ouachita, Lake Hamilton, biking trails, hiking trails, downtown Hot Springs, creeks, crystal mining, diamond digging, spas and more!
