Perfect little spot

We were in town for my daughter’s cheer competition. This condo was perfect for us to stay for the night. Cute and comfy. The owner messaged me that it was ready early- which was super nice!

Family stay

Communication with the property manager/owner was excellent. The house was perfect for our few nights of stay. The main change I'd recommend is a new master bed as it sinks in the middle; however, the guest bed worked great and the pull out couch was loved by the kids.

Great place to stay

The condo was perfect. It was very clean. The condo was on the river and it was beautiful. The host was so helpful with questions we had. The beds were comfortable. There is a shower and a tub/shower which was nice to have. Great location and easy to find. They have chairs and a table to sit outside to look at the river and watch the ducks. There is a place to eat across the river called cajun boilers. I Cannot eat spicy food and they made my food perfect for me to be able to eat. Inside the condo was everything you needed to make great meals with.

Back to School Mini Vaca

It was conveniently located and nice 😊. Everything we needed was there to help be comfortable and able to snack relax fish 🎣 or even mini golf. Two blocks away! Yay❣️

Great place!

I did think this location was on the actual lake side and we seemed to be more like on a canal side but for the price you can’t beat it! We still could have swam here but decided against it. My 2 yr old had the best time on the balcony every morning & night watching for boats, jet skis, and all the trucks on the hwy driving by! We were right next to go carts, 6 minutes from mid America science museum, & 20 from magic springs! Great location, price, & communication! Would definitely stay again!

relaxing!

super nice and relaxing! we absolutely loved the balcony. it was clean, and overall homey. the only complaint i have is the parking situation when you have multiple cars with your group! but, other than that we loved our time spent here!

Roomy enough, well stocked with necessities (needs can opener :), plenty of linens, quiet neighborhood. Deck was very peaceful.

Great location and great property

Me and my family had a great time. The location was amazing. You could even walk to play putt putt. The kids had a wonderful stay and it's close to everything. The property had everything you could think of if you left at home and made you think you were even at home. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had. We will definitely be back when in Hot Springs to stay at this property.

Nice place, great manager with good communication

Nice little place away from all of the hustle and bustle of the town. We were a 10-minute drive from everything it seemed. Place was clean upon arrival, king bed that the wife & I slept in was soft & comfy. There are a few buildings there in a small area, but once we figured out which unit was ours, it was all good. Assigned parking spot was a little tough to get in and out of due to tight quarters but nothing major. Property manager was very communicative and checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Place had all the amenities we needed for a 3-night stay and was comfortable for our family of 4. The neighbors above us were noisy but that's certainly no fault of the property manager/owner. Overall it was a good stay that had everything we needed.
