Was a wonderful place. Very clean and Scott the owner made sure everything was spot on. The condo was perfect for a stay in Hot Springs. Not too far from the main drag but far enough to have some pease and quiet. Will have to go back there again

Anniversary Get away

Me and my wife ran over to Hot Springs for the evening for dinner and just time away from everything for our anniversary. The property was amazing. Great communication from the host. I highly recommend renting this property.

Wonderful & Relaxing

The beds are extremely comfy. The location is very peaceful. The place was very clean and felt like home. Sitting on the patio looking at the lake was so relaxing. The manager & cleaning crew are awesome.

Overall excellent stay. Communication with property owner. Fast response from him, overall attentive. Parking was a bit of a issue for my larger vehicle. View of lake from patio was nice. Pathway to boat dock could use upgrading. Overall great. easy to get to.

It was conveniently located and nice 😊. Everything we needed was there to help be comfortable and able to snack relax fish 🎣 or even mini golf. Two blocks away! Yay❣️

Very nide location right in the middle of hot springs. Down side is it is a 3 level duplex(thats 6 units) so guests above were very noisy. The condo itself was nice. Water pressure was very low in shower, like a lavatory sink faucet worthy amount. The parking was a nightmare. Its not a side slope since the unit hanging off the hill. If the unit is full, there is no way vehicles can move about safely without hitting each other.

Nice place, great manager with good communication

Nice little place away from all of the hustle and bustle of the town. We were a 10-minute drive from everything it seemed. Place was clean upon arrival, king bed that the wife & I slept in was soft & comfy. There are a few buildings there in a small area, but once we figured out which unit was ours, it was all good. Assigned parking spot was a little tough to get in and out of due to tight quarters but nothing major. Property manager was very communicative and checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Place had all the amenities we needed for a 3-night stay and was comfortable for our family of 4. The neighbors above us were noisy but that's certainly no fault of the property manager/owner. Overall it was a good stay that had everything we needed.

The lake view was beautiful; we loved cooking in the kitchen and looking out at the lake. I loved that the condo was pet friendly. Having a pet friendly rental was a priority for stay in Hot Springs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well kept. The stackable washer dryer combination was an amenity I used frequently. The inner teflon lining in pots and pans in the kitchen were scratched and stained. I avoided using the provided pots and pans, but everything else was amazing.

House and balcony were very pretty, clean, and overall nice! My only complaint was the parking, it is a straight down hill, and the parking spot we were assigned was fully slanted side ways! Other than that it is an amazing place to stay!

The property was perfect for us. It was one of only a few advertised as handicapped accessible. We loved the porch & being able to look out over the water and watch the sunsets The location was easy access to Hot Springs National Park. The owner recommended visiting Garvan Woodland Gardens. Turns out, that was the highlight of the trip for me. It's such a beautiful place and very accessible for our wheelchair bound son. Scott was super responsive to any inquiries we sent.

We loved our stay in Hot Springs and our vrbo was great and exactly as described. Our place was clean, location was great and our host was accommodating. Our only problem - the parking space was at the top of an incline (close to a 45 degree angle) which was unexpected and a bit challenging. Once we navigated our stay was great.
