Overall good. Some plumbing problems, hopefully will be taken care of. Efforts were made to solve these.

The property manager was really on her game..never a problem gettting hold of her. The place was very clean and well stocked..would definitely recommend this rental to anyone thinking of staying in hot springs

We had a wonderful stay for two nights with 4 adults and 3 children we were cozy and well accommodated. The hosts were wonderful and responded quickly. The property had everything we needed before and after a day on the lake. We will definitely keep this property on a list for another weekend getaway.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Had a slight issue with plumbing in the upstairs bathroom, but other than that it was a cozy and relaxing stay for our family. The lake access and patio was awesome. Do note that the upstairs loft area, which houses three beds, is best for little kids and not tall adults due to the slope ceilings.

We had a great time. The house was as described. Had plenty of kitchen items for cooking. It had a great view with lots of turtles out back. The king and queen beds could use an upgrade to be more comfortable (on the king, you feel the springs slightly), but we were able to sleep so not too bad. The back porch was amazing. I would stay again. It really was the perfect spot for my family and our dog. Thank you!

We had a minor issue with the smart lock and they promptly came out and fixed it. Amazing communication. Conveniently located near town & mining crystals, yet very peaceful.

Our family of six and small yorkie LOVED this house! It was everything we wanted! It was so cozy and in a beautiful area! Check in/out was a breeze, great communication, and super nice hosts! We can’t wait to come back!

My 7 & 8 year old boys loved this place! They had fun fishing out back, playing corn hole, and making smores in the fire pit. Check-in was easy and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Best vacation ever

Beautiful house and surroundings, clean air and lots of interesting stuff to do in Hot Springs. Highly recommend if you are lookin for a vacation spot.
