Property was in a beautiful area and very clean. Karin responded to messages quickly. Only complaint was no hair dryer. I’m used to there being one, but I guess this is not to be expected.

Enjoyable stay

The place is great and met all my expectations and more. Karin was great at communicating with me during the process. Was there for two nights and the place was quiet and bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the stay.

Cons: Condo community name and building name need to be provided.Checked in late because code didn't work. Water main broke so was without water for a while during a couple of days. Nobody's fault. Just happened.Had to reset TV to get it to work. All minor issues.Pros:Karin work hard to rectify the issues and even let me check out a little late because of the late check-in.Very quiet place. Very clean. Had all of the utensils and extra appliances you would need including a few extra surprises.

Adorable Condo!

We were in town for the weekend and The condo was perfect for us. We were so happy with the cleanliness and the hosts communication was top notch. Definitely recommend this place!

Convenient Location

Great location near I 65, shopping, and other activities in the Hoover/Pelham area. Quiet condo complex. Unit was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Neighbors were friendly. A great value that perfectly matched our needs

Late summer getaway

The place was very comfortable and quite beautiful. Everything that we needed was available. Every detail was already thought out and taken care of. It was very easy to find and within minutes of anywhere you might would enjoy.

Exceeded our expectations

My wife absolutely loved the accommodations. and little added decorative touches that made it feel like our home and not a rental. Clean, quiet, safe and very comfortable in a beautiful wooded area yet convenient to great golf and great restaurants. Thank you Karin for being a great host and providing a great experience.

We have a child at UM & we were visiting for a soccer game!

This is a great place for 3 people! The Condo was very roomy & had everything we needed! It’s location was amazing! We were at UM visiting our child. And went to Hoover to eat & The Galleria to eat and hike a Mtn. It was very quiet and we felt very safe! We will definitely be staying here again!

Model accommodations

This home delivered even more than we could have expected! The place looked like a model home. Furnishings were both beautiful and comfortable. It was like a home away from home in all areas. Additionally, it was so clean. We look forward to visiting Hoover next May and hope to stay here again. Karin was the perfect host for our stay!

Great Place

The apartment was very clean, neat, and everything was easy to find. The whole stay was great. The upstairs neighbor is just kinda heavy foot but we didnt mind because it got quiet around 10pm.

The house was very accommodating. It was very pretty everything you could need or want was in the kitchen. It is definitely a nice place to rent if you're in town just to relax. The neighbors are friendly and the host was reachable at all times. I enjoyed my stay there so much i stayed 2 extra weeks. You will enjoy renting this beautiful home.
