We loved our stay here! We came in for a football game and enjoyed our time at the rental just as much. We enjoyed fishing, swimming and taking in the beautiful scenery. If ever back in the area, we will certainly be back. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful visit with our granddaughter who absolutely loved swimming in the pool. Very peaceful stay. Close enough to enjoy Birmingham attractions but far enough away for the peace and quiet.

We always want our guests to have "5-Star Stays," so we take reviews very seriously. We attempted to contact James to understand what was meant by "updating of bedding mattresses," but without a reply could only guess. Guests have routinely commented that they sleep very well (the most recent said he "slept like a baby"), so we ruled out the actual mattresses. The sheets, pillowcases, blankets and bedspreads are practically brand new, so we don't think this was the issue. One mattress cover had a small stain that though regularly laundered wouldn't budge, so we replaced that with a new extra-thick cover. We appreciate guests communicating any concerns in person during their stay, so we can respond immediately and assure their complete satisfaction. We're very glad James plans to return, and trust we've responded to what was needed.
