We and our co-grandparents travel to Omaha to celebrate our granddaughter’s 2nd birthday! The house is cute, clean, and quiet, especially as our wind-down space after “busy kid” days! The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and very clean. Ken was always responsible the couple times we had questions. Would stay again and recommend to a friend!

This is a clean charming home in a historic district of Omaha. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the easy parking. The concern we had was the lack of a handrail on the stairs to the bedrooms upstairs. The couple who used the rooms upstairs commented on the lack of a handrail every time they used the stairs. When we booked the property, we knew there were stairs but did not expect to find them challenging even for the more sure-footed in our group. We like to cook but found some basics lacking in the kitchen like a tea kettle, a spatula for turning pancakes, and kitchen towels. We enjoyed our stay in Omaha and this house but would have appreciated these changes.

Great Location - very comfortable

We were visiting Omaha for a family wedding. We’d been concerned about the crowds from the College World Series, but found the house both quiet and conveniently located. Well appointed and exactly as pictured. Would certainly stay there again.

Very comfortable stay--it was hard to leave! The house was clean and cozy and decorated perfectly. The kitchen seemed to be missing a few basic pieces (casserole dish and spatulas) but was otherwise very accommodating. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood just steps away from city life and the outdoor spaces were adequate and would have been very enjoyable in nicer weather. (It was cool and rainy during much of our stay and the grass in the backyard was getting high.) The house really is a Midtown Charmer! Highly recommend!

Quick trip to Omaha for business. CWS going on had hotel prices through the roof so we booked this place. It was exactly as advertised and very clean. Really the perfect spot for business or for pleasure.
