With a grand living area, featuring a floor to ceiling stone wood burning fireplace; a brand new kitchen with a large island and an open dining area; as well as three stylishly appointed bedrooms, a 51’ long in-ground salt water heated pool with outdoor shower, a hot tub, a treehouse,; a separate adjacent Studio complete with a game room, pool/ping-pong table & TV.


Space
This home is light and bright with an exceptional eye for design. It’s perfect for a group getaway with family and friends in any season. With a hot tub and firepit perfect for the fall and winter and a 51’ in-ground salt water heated pool with outdoor shower for summer celebrations, this house is modern yet cozy; and it’s bringing all of the vibes!

The views throughout the day are remarkable : from wild turkeys, bald eagles, fox, hedgehogs, rabbits, to cargo ships, freight trains, and the Amtrak train across the river. And the sunsets are spectacular.

Main House

Studio: The Studio features a kitchenette (with fridge); One Full-size Murphy bed. Two Queen size Blow-up beds, and private bathroom & Shower.
Outside features a Treehouse, gas grill, plenty of outdoor seating and lounge areas and a firepit. Private Beach area has a deck with chairs

Renting this property means that you have access to two buildings on the property:
MAIN HOUSE: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (Outdoor bathroom and shower. May 1st - Oct 31st)
STUDIO: 2 inflatable beds, 1 bathroom

Notes

-This home does not allow pets, sorry!

- Routinely scheduled maintenance by home care professionals may happen during your stay. This also includes lawn care, garbage pick up, hot tub service, pool cleanings, and tick (organic) spraying..

- Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces

- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

- Children must be supervised by an adult in the pool, spa, and on the beach.

- Hard-soled close-toed shoes must be worn on the beach as there are Water Chestnuts ….and you definitely do not want to step on these!

- Weapons are strictly prohibited

- Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, firepits, etc.

- We do not allow parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you to follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 9 pm.

- Please do not trespass on property boundaries

- Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited

- Use of paddle boards, ISUPS, Kayaks, & Canoes, by permission only, Extra charges may apply. Please inquire.
