Dare to break from the hustle and bustle culture and immerse yourself in the beauty and solitude of our modern spacious brand new Tiny house tucked away on a peaceful dead street on our 13 acres bluestone property located 10 mins from Woodstock and Kingston.You will be steps away from waterfalls on the creek ,nature trails and a myriad of flora and fauna,sleeps up to 6, masterbedroom and loft has queen beds,loveseat with full bed, one bathroom with shower and updated regular toilet . The house comes with fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, coffee and tea and creamer,fully refrigerator,gas stove with oven , pots and pans ,blender and toaster and all utensils.Outdoor gas grill with gas provided.Very centrally located 10mins to Woodstock for shows at Levon Helm ,Bearsville performance center,Woodstock playhouse,Marvrick center for music and art center and many Art galleries.Lots of walking and hiking trails around nearest is 1,5miles Bluestone forest preserve,Ashokan rail trail ,overlook and many others around.Enjoy firepit outside with fire wood provided and enjoy gazing at star while roasting marshmallows.Lots of breweries around Keegan ales, Blue dot in Kingston. We are 30mins from the famous Phenicia dinner. For those who love skiing we are at the foothills of the Catskill Mountains Belleayre and Hunter Mountains are 40mins drive away and they also have panoramic views of the Catskill mountains using their skii lifts in the summer and fall.

Perfect little place for a mini break with my daughter. Close to shopping for our basic needs and nature for relaxing and recharging. Our hosts responded immediately to any question that came up, and we would definitely stay again!

Nice secluded tiny house. Peaceful setting and responsive hosts! Fans provided are helpful to circulate AC throughout the space! Economical price for short stay lodging!

The tiny house is so cute! And feels big for a tiny house, because of the high ceilings and how it's set up. Place was great, beautiful on the outside and great front porch. Hosts were very responsive, everything was really good.

Fun little tiny home - saw a beautiful black bear on the property , so keep that in mind with the pets! Fun walks nearby where we found beavers.

The tiny house was great. Love that it is dog friendly. The outdoor areas could use a little yard maintenance but there was plenty of room outside.

Awesome property, responsive hosts, peaceful grounds. Just an FYI for future guests - I’m 6’3” and the clearance in the loft was super low. Also, the first floor bedroom gets pretty warm as rhe AC is in the living room. Not complaining at all - just a heads up. Would love to stay here again.

Nice little spot in the woods with easy drive to Woodstock and Kingston. We arrived on a cold, drizzly, late winter afternoon, and the house warmed up pretty quickly and was cozy. Beds comfy, and plenty of blankets and clean towels. It's little, so don't imagine you'll cook and sit down to a giant meal around a big table, but for a limited stay in a beautiful location, it worked out great. Communication very easy. Hope to be back.

I Because I stay in other’s homes/space I decided to provide a relaxed, clean tranquil space to other fellow travelers.It makes me happy to give guests a space to come and relax whether one night or long periods in our quiet nature surrounded space and also have an experience of staying in a spacious tiny house where guests can cook or grill outside.

I chose this neighborhood due to its proximity to Kingston,Woodstock,Saugerties and Rhinebeck NY, easy drive from NYC, CT,MA ,NJ or travels passing through can take a rest in our peaceful neighborhood and our nature surroundings.

Our Tiny house is not the usual tiny house most places have . Ours is modern and very spacious. It has everything a regular house has but has the feel and experience of staying in a tiny house & experiencing living as a minimalist, no cutter and clean.
