Paul has been the nicest host I have ever worked with. We had such a nice relaxing time at his home. We loved the hot tub and our dogs loved the creek and large yard. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I really enjoyed Paul’s cabin and would stay there again. There is little to no cellular service in the area - just something to be mindful of - but the WiFi was very good.My favorite part was listening to the creek everyday - it was so relaxing.

Thanks again Amy. Yes, the cell signal is pretty low (which can be good or bad lol). I'll doublecheck I have the reminder for folks to turn the "accept cell phone calls on WiFi" setting on for their phones. Once connected, it should be easy going. Welcome back any time!

We made some amazing memories while staying at this beautiful cabin. The hot tub view and the sound of the river are just amazing! Paul kept in great contact and made checking in easy. He left us great notes to make sure we got everything we needed before getting to the cabin, and we never left until check out thanks to him! Can't wait to book next year!

I highly recommend this cabin for a family get away in the mountains. The property is gorgeous and the creek behind the house provides so much peace and ambiance. There was plenty for kids to do between the creek, the hot tub and the neighborhood amenities. It is not super easy to get in and out of the neighborhood, but we knew that prior to making the reservation and planned accordingly. It was easier than expected to get in and out of the driveway and parking was great. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals onsite, although the grill and pizza oven did not meet our expectation based on the details/photos from the listing. The ice maker and kitchenette downstairs were really helpful. The place was clean and comfortable and the price was excellent. Thank you Paul for sharing your property!

Let me start off with how beautiful and wonderful the place and property is. My wife already has said how much she would like to stay here again on our next time to the mountains. Wildlife as well as being quiet and that creek is something special. Just had a few innocents that came up . Our GPS only took us to about 1/4 mile from place so it was stressful finding location. Tried reaching out to Paul but as we found out later he was vacationing in Germany. Also house was hot and it took about 4 hours to cool off bedrooms . Maybe put Air on if you know people coming . On the photos of place it shows barbecue and pizza grill looking brand new. Barbecue was a complete mess and couldn’t turn on and pizza grill all rusty. I was planning on barbecuing once to twice a day being I don’t get a chance to do that regularly.so it was frustrating when we arrived. When Paul finally reached us through Vrbo things were taken care of . He was able to get another barbecue from a neighbor. Again we had a great time and loved this place! I just wish if Paul was away and knowing people coming in that he leaves someone else to communicate with. My wife had to mop entire floor because of dog hair everywhere.

Thanks for coming and overall positive review. Yes, I was away in Germany, so it was a little tougher to coordinate and address some issues. I was able to get the cleaners over, and address any outstanding issues, so I am sorry about that. I was able to buy my neighbors grill and pay him to drop it off to address that issue. I try to do my best to address issues if they arise. Sorry these occurred during your stay, but sounds like an over positive trip full of memories was made.

Amazing

This was one of the best stays i have ever had. The location was beautiful, with a stream behind the house. It was extremely clean and comfortable and the management was so friendly and helpful. Amazing stay, would definitely come again

Magical Getaway!

Paul's cabin was a little piece of heaven tucked into the mountains. It was just what we needed for some peace and quiet from the daily grind. Looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Perfect cozy cabin by creek

We have been renting cabins in Ellijay for years, but this was by far the best cabin we have stayed at yet. We all enjoyed the adult bunk beds, the amazing creek and hot tub! The scenery driving in and out of the resort is beautiful. We look forward to visiting again.

Hi Lizette, I'm glad you felt Blessed for your time at Creekside. It sounds like you had wonderful time with your soulmate, kids, grandkids and dogs while hiking, playing in the creek, making pizzas, fishing, hiking, and more. I went back to read the texts to understand why we only earned 4 stars after what sounded like a killer trip! As explained, the previous guest DESTROYED the hot tub, never rinsed or basically used the hot tub to rinse off from being in the creek, was wearing some kind of plastic beaded swimsuit that plugged the filters and motor, and set off a variety of error codes. We were able to get it back up in one day, but you know that, because you had already used it before we arrived the first morning of your stay, so it never really was out of service during your stay. ;o) Safe travels.

The property is exactly as it is listed and was fantastic. I highly recommend this for a family or group. The owner and support group were fantastic.

Quiet Getaway

Owner was very tentative with any needs and was very informative. Secluded property that was quiet and relaxing. Will definitely be back again.

Great, relaxing Property

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. We did day trips to Ellijay, Blue Ridge, Jasper and even the Georgia Aquarium. We enjoyed our afternoons and evening by the fire pit while the kids and dog played in the stream. Very relaxing and peaceful location. Would stay here again. Wi-Fi is great too for those who need internet connection.

Great family getaway❤️

The views on the ride up to the cabin were stunning! The cabin is just as pictured, absolutely adorable and very comfy! There were 10 of us and plenty of room for all. We were close enough to Blue Ridge and Ellijay that we visited both and enjoyed many adventures! Paul is a great host, very quick to respond to any questions. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

Nice cabin

I spent a few days at the cabin with my grandchildren. They loved the bunk bedroom with their own TV. We only used the hot tub once because the outside temperature was very warm but it was nice. We had fun playing in the creek and had a campfire one evening, cooking hot dogs and s’mores. Wonderful memories. We also appreciate that it was dog friendly!

Peaceful Cabin

The entire family enjoyed the stay at the cabin. The cabin is stocked out with all amenities needed for the stay. The creek in the back of the house was a perfect setting. The cabin is definitely back in the woods and a trip to the store will take some time. Also we recommend visiting during the falls. The leaves make it very calming. We will definitely be back and

Perfect Peaceful Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this well appointed cabin! The sound of the creek from the screened porch was so relaxing and peaceful! When you enter, it is obvious that great attention has been paid to cleanliness, comfort and decor. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need! We enjoyed s’mores by the fire pit and lots of fellowship by the creek. The owner was very gracious and quick to respond to messages. We have stayed in many cabins and this one ranks among one of the best!
