Beautiful home to make your own for your vacation stay. Nice size pool - hot tub - pool table and elevator was nice to have. Proximity is perfect for dining and pleasure - extremely close to beach entry and Jockey State Park (sand dunes) Enjoyed immensely!!!

Great place to vacation

House was good has a couple thing that could be improved like most rentals but overall a great vacation.

Perfect family getaway

Best vacation ever! The property exceeded our expectations. There were a few nights we decided to skip the crowds and cook dinner at the house because the kids had just as much fun there as anywhere we could’ve taken them. We will definitely be back!

Great property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at South Forks Farm 10. We had a concern with the water not getting hot enough but the maintenance tech was onsite quickly. We will stay here again.

Excellent property

The listing was spot on perfect. The property was spacious and perfect for our families. The movie theater room was so nice and fun for kids. The pool was great. The location of the property was perfect with ice cream shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies close by. The beach was a very short walk across the street and was very convenient with a cross walk close by. We were very happy with the property overall.

The house was amazing. It was very clean and well decorated. The location was great. Very close to the beach. The pool was nice and was very clean. The pump went out of the hot tub but a serviceman was called immediately and the pump was replaced the next day. My only suggestion would be to have a ramp going into the house and out to the pool. We had 3 handicapped people in our party and although there were only 5 steps, they are fairly steep.

Nice vacation

The location was really good. Very easy to get to the beach and central to other activities. We had issues with the dishwasher leaking. They came out right away but not sure it was ever fixed. The decor isn’t very beachy and could use an update! The biggest suggestion though is to update the deck furniture. It really needs higher chairs so you can actually see the view. The low chairs have you looking straight at the wooden railings.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay in Nags Head. Beach access across the street, beach views, sunrise views from porch. Large, well equipped house, comfortable furniture, large spaces for gathering with friends/family. Exactly as advertised - no surprises. The management company is awesome - from check in to check out - they were spectacular.
