Just steps (less than 20 feet!) from the water’s edge, this peaceful haven offers stunning bay views, a brand new deck, and a comfortably furnished home perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. Watch the seabirds, feel the ocean breeze, and enjoy the sights and sounds of local wildlife from sunrise to sunset.
This retreat is ideal for boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and exploring. The expansive 20,000 sq ft fenced-in lot includes a private saltwater shell beach, perfect for relaxing in the sun or shade, grilling with friends, or lounging on the new brick patio overlooking the bay.
Take a scenic walk just one mile down the road to Pearce’s Beach — a local favorite featuring a giant new red slide that kids will love!

Stacey is the brains behind branding, while Dimitrios runs Agoro’s Pizza Bar & Grill, the local go-to for great food and good vibes since 1984. If you ask around town, someone’s probably had one of his pizzas — or two… or ten.
They’re natural hosts who love a good get-together, whether it’s Sunday dinner with friends or impromptu backyard parties. So opening RiverView Retreat to guests felt like second nature. Their goal? To make you feel like part of the family — minus the group chat.
