Beautiful area, house was clean and had everything we needed including separate rooms for all the adult couples and the beds were comfortable. The patio was nice and the surrounding area, including historic downtown Bristol and Colt State Park, had many wonderful places to enjoy.

Bristol Vibes

Had a ladies weekend in Bristol and loved the house and the location. The food options near the house were amazing. Visited neighboring areas but loved the relaxed vibe in Bristol. And loved coming back to the pool after walking around the town. Would definitely come back for a stay at the house.

Great property and ideal location close to the Newport Jazz festival ground. The house was perfect for our group. Would love to rent it again when we are back in the area. Hosts were quick to answer any questions and queries we had. The Welcome basket was a nice touch! The pool and its area are well maintained.

Bristol Rhode island

House was well equipped, comfortable, air conditioned well, great pool, technology excellent! We did not use the bedroom tv’s As it was sunny and we were outside most of the time and at the beaches in Newport. The hosts were quick to answer any questions and all went well! Exactly as promised!

The pictures and everything we read about the property were on target! Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed to cook for 7, room to spread out so we weren’t always on top of each other, comfy beds, and close to RWU/Bristol (we were there for graduation). We were just bummed the weather was so cold and rainy that we couldn’t use the pool!

Clean home/dirty pool

The home was nice, a little too far from downtown Bristol. Dirty pool.

Anonymous, the right vacation home and stay is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't perfect for you. - As stated prominently in the listing, the home is a short 3.1mi from downtown. - The pool was professionally serviced just before your stay, and we did not receive any information about the pool during your stay to remedy the situation. If you had let us know, we would have happily had the pool serviced again to ensure you and your guests could enjoy the full property. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to provide our guests with the 5-star experiences we are known for.

Great stay in Bristol

A very well appointed and clean home. Kitchen was well equipped for my wife's preparation of dishes for Thanksgiving. Has Google assistant devices. In a nice neighborhood only two blocks from the water. Would consider staying here again. The only reason we rated cleanliness at a four was because the kitchen cabinets and stovetop were as clean as they could be. Otherwise, the home was very clean.

Great house for a group

We rented Tim and Eric's house for a wedding, and there were 8 of us in the group. Check in and check out were a breeze, and we were provided with detailed guidelines for house rules. The house was well equipped with supplies, linens, bath/pool towels, kitchen items, and we received a lovely welcome basket (wine, coffee, chocolates) when we arrived. The furniture and beds were super comfortable, and the house has mini splits to provide air conditioning. The outdoor area was perfect, with multiple seating areas and an awning to provide shade. We spent morning, noon, and night time on the outside patio. We had a minor problem with the pool, but Tim and Eric were immediately responsive and resolved the issue. We really enjoyed our stay and it was conveniently located to restaurants, shops, the wedding venue, etc.....

Comfortable house, lovely neighborhood

We had a lovely stay at this property. While it was only 2 nights, we barely left the house (only to head to walk the short 2 block jaunt over to the water to wade in the bay) since it was so well appointed. We played in the pool, which had lots of great toys for most of the day, and slept well in the cool bedrooms each equipped with their own ACs. There were four nice sized bedrooms - and even an extra bonus room in the back where we could easily have put our portable crib. We will definitely stay again!

Lovely stay at a beautiful home in Bristol

My family of eight (three generations) had a wonderful time staying at this property for three nights in August. We were so grateful for the pool, as it was 90+ degrees everyday! We loved the outdoor space with the pool floats and sun chairs, and we also enjoyed hanging out in the living room with the great selection of TV channels and board games. Super convenient location with everything less than a 10-minute drive away, from supermarkets to restaurants to activities. The hosts were incredibly responsive and replied to texts within minutes. They also generously offered us an early check-in of 12p, which made a huge difference for our stay. We certainly hope to be back and highly recommend this home to all!
