Very nice, newly renovated one bedroom apartment. It can sleep 5. The apartment has a full kitchen with all the utensils and appliances. There is a full bathroom, full living room, and full dining area. The bed and living room both have 50" TVs. FREE Wi-Fi available, etc. The couch in the living room has a queen-size pull-out bed. There is also a twin size rollaway bed.

Perfect location for easy access to Pittsburgh, major highways to all routes around the city. Carnegie is 5 minute walk with very good restaurant options. Walmart and Aldi’s a short drive for staples. The VRBO itself is comfortable and with basic needs for eating in and a pleasant outdoor seating area for morning coffee for 2. Parking on the street can be a little challenging but I always found a spot.

We absolutely loved finding this little gem. The hotel prices in Pittsburgh can be absolutely outrageous so it was nice to find a place where my family of four could all fit comfortably. The property is on the older side but you can tell a lot of upgrades have been made but not so many that it loses its charm. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

Jack was a great host. My wife and I had a fantastic stay at his property, along with our three-year-old. His communication was perfect, and the place was spacious, clean, and well-decorated; it was just what we needed for the weekend. When we're back in Pittsburgh, we will look to return!

Jack is an amazing host and has an amazing property. Communication is excellent, and there are several personal touches he did to make us feel welcome. A modern full kitchen with Keurig cups and creamer provided! The towels are the fluffiest I have ever gotten at a hotel or VRBO stay! Never once thought , “I wish they had…”. Excellent location with easy access to airport and downtown. It was perfect for our stay for my son‘s basketball tournament at the convention center in Pittsburgh. Very quiet and safe neighborhood with ample free street parking. Excellent value and minimal extra checkout requirements. Will definitely stay again when in Pittsburgh again and will refer friends as well! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was available, and the location worked out perfectly for our trip. The host was very accommodating and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We absolutely loved this place! It was our first time ever in Pittsburgh. The location was great and it was all we needed for a quick 2 night stay. The bed was so comfortable and warm we had to force ourself to get up. I really have nothing bad to say. It’s perfect!

Everything about this place was great, when we travel for competition and training it's nice to have something more for extended stays and this place had it. The host knows what he's doing and makes sure you're taken care of. net time we're in Pittsburgh we're going to try to stay here.

Great place, great town

Jack did a great job giving us a lovely, well appointed place, easy to get to good parking, and ideally situated to everything Pittsburgh. A shout out to Jack for the place, and a shout out to Carnegie: a hidden treasure of a town: great downtown an easy ten minute walk from the place.

Weekend visit

We came into town for a sporting event and spent a weekend. Jack’s property was close enough to downtown, clean, and very reasonably priced. We enjoyed the comfortable bed, kitchen with needed supplies, and short distance to places we needed to go. We would stay here again if visiting the area again.

Great place in a great spot

Lovely old house in downtown Carnegie. So easy to the airport and anywhere Pittsburgh, and Carnegie is a lovely little gem of a town: bright , sincere, local and friendly. Good restaurants and coffee. Jack's place is clean, well appointed, and warm.

Nice and Cozy

We stayed two nights for a concert and we enjoyed the location. Jack delivered nothing short of what he says. The personal welcome was nice. Very clean and well represented. We would definitely stay here again

We had such a wonderful experience staying here! The home was spotless and had every little detail thought of to make our stay comfortable. The host went above and beyond to keep the place clean with fresh smelling linens, pillows and bedding. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed in downtown Pittsburgh, yet quiet and peaceful at night.Our host was fantastic - friendly and responsive. The check-in process was smooth, and everything looked exactly as described — if not better!We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed place to stay that is still close to downtown Pittsburgh.

Family Reunion

It was a great condo. Perfect location for us. It’s the only VRBO I could find in Carnegie. Owner communicated well. Condo was clean and looked to be newly remo.

Property was perfect for my needs, but when taking stuff out to vehicle for checkout, the electronic door lock would not accept my passcode...saying "unauthorized passcode". after 2.5hrs and 8 calls to owner as well as a call to VRBO who text,called,and emailed owner...the owner finally called me and reset the passcode.

Thomas was a great guest and he absolutely has the right to be upset with me. Some how the passcode dropped out of the lock. Unfortunately i work nights and I was sleeping when all of this took place. This has never happened to me. I am now taking steps to make sure it never happens ever again. I am truly sorry Thomas. I have owned this property for well over 20 years. I use to rent the top and bottom apartment. I can't remember exactly how, but at some point, I became a resident of the top apartment. As long as i can remember, the bottom apartment was rented to this nice lady. Well, when she decided to move out, I was nervous about who I would rent to next. My niece produced the brilliant idea for me to turn the bottom apartment into Airbnb. That way, I can still enjoy the extra money I was use to, at the same time, whoever booked a stay would only be temporary. So, I decided to make the place as comfortable as possible so whoever stayed would feel at home.
