Hi Mary, I’m very surprised by this review as we have wonderful cleaners who always do a great job, but I will pass this along to them for sure and we will definitely make these corrections. I wish I would have known about this issues and we would have taken care of them immediately for you. We even spoke several times during your stay and you never mentioned any of these. Cleanliness is our top priority here and if there are ever issues we like to know about them so we have the opportunity to make it right.

We understand how important accurate information is, and we will ensure this is clarified in our listing moving forward. We are also very sorry to hear about the heating issue during your stay, especially given the cold temperatures. While we did our best to provide portable heaters as a temporary solution, we acknowledge that this was not an ideal experience. Please know that we have since addressed the heating system to prevent future issues. Regarding the hand soap, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and for your thoughtful gesture in leaving a new bottle for the next guest. We will make sure our cleaning team is more diligent in checking amenities before each stay. This blink camera (detects motion) is outside and does not see anything in the home. This camera is disclosed on the listing as well, so we are very open and upfront about it. We use this to make sure that people checking in have arrived safely, assist with the lockbox if necessary and also for security for our guests.

I'm sorry you had these issues, I wish that they would have been brought to my attention and we would have corrected them immediately.
