This west facing cottage offers you a private beach for clean swimming, cool AC and super sunsets. Come discover the beauty and learn how to relax on the shores of Lake Champlain. Only 35 minutes from Burlington and 60 miles from Montreal. This non-smoking cottage is a complete lake house. With a new custom fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, whole house AC, 3 flat screen TVs, fresh drinking water, and a cool fireplace. Everything was as described. View of the lake from the living room, and the screen porch is awesome. Awesome sunsets!! It was a great stay and a beautiful area.

We had a wonderful stay. The weather was beautiful and the sunsets were gorgeous. We cooked a few meals at the house and also went into St. Albans for food and shopping. We used the canoe (extra water shoes were a great perk!) and fire pit.

A peaceful setting with most amazingly beautiful sunsets! We enjoyed our week long stay. The property is very well kept and has everything as listed. It’s is a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the lake or explore the surrounding areas.

Cabin was exactly as described and pictured. It was one of the cleanest and well stocked places we have rented! Location was perfect right on the lake in a quiet neighborhood. The camp road was well maintained as well. All of the amenities were appreciated - comfy bed, multiple tvs, screen in porch, WiFi, air conditioning, great kitchen area, outside spots to sit and relax. The town of St. Albans is very quaint with lots of good restaurants as well! We would absolutely recommend staying here!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The cottage and lakefront are lovely and the neighborhood so peaceful. Starting the morning sipping coffee on the screened-in porch and ending the day on the beach with fabulous sunsets was so relaxing. Great back yard with flowers and shade trees as well. The wall of windows overlooking the lake in the living room and open connection with the kitchen area give a special feel to this sweet cottage. The beds/bedding are super comfy and the house has everything you need. Paul is so welcoming and responsive, a premier host. We can’t wait to return!

Peace and quiet

Place was clean and just the right size for 2-3 people to be comfortable. Canoe and kayak were fun. Beautiful location if you are into a relaxing and peaceful week.

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house! The host was absolutely awesome—so welcoming and thoughtful. We especially loved the little touches, like the s’mores they left for us, which made our trip feel extra special. The house was spotless, well-stocked with great amenities, and in a perfect location for enjoying the lake and surrounding area. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would absolutely stay here again!

Could not ask for a better rental or host! Very clean, quiet, peaceful, well stocked rental. You only have to bring what you will wear. Beautiful view and right on the water. Plenty of towels and super comfortable beds. Plus central air conditioning and washer and dryer.Do not hesitate to rent this property!

Peaceful beauty

My family and I had a wonderful stay in St Albans. The property was great, and the location was awesome. The proximity to the lake was superb, and the neighborhood was very quiet. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings watching the birds and waves go by.

Great Cottage

This cottage was perfect . Great location,beautiful sunsets,clean,tastefully decorated made for a perfect stay. Paul,Victoria and Zoe were super friendly, helpful and fun. Looking forward to our return.

Best vacation rental we've ever had

In a beautiful spot, tranquil end of road. House was great, clean. There were small things that made a big difference for our stay, like enough soft towels, watershoes, tables outside to eat watching the sunset, clean and ready grill. Paul was communicative at all times. We stayed with our kids, and it made our summer vacation.

Beautiful Vermont Getaway

Beautiful property with a beautiful view! Very clean and well maintained. Living room chairs not the most comfortable but overall recommend this place! Thanks for a wonderful get away!

Beautiful Getaway

Ideal property

Amazing location, but even more than that are the little touches, things like extra water shoes and beach towels, the owner has included. Definitely want to return.
