Our stay was wonderful! The place was very clean, quiet, and well equipped with everything we needed for a family of four. Check-in and check-out was really easy and communication with the host was great.

you need to tell people these two properties i rented wert condos and on the second floor with no elevator.

Hi Jerry, we want to first start off by thanking you for your stay! Unfortunately, we as a family only own one unit and I can’t speak to the second property you’re referencing. However, the first line of our description mentions that the unit is a condo. It’s also referenced multiple times throughout the description. You’ll also find that the description calls out the fact that it is a second floor unit with no elevator and a floorplan of the building is provided to help visualize the entire layout for our guests. I’m very sorry your stay was impacted by this one and I would encourage you to ask any questions about future rentals up front before booking or to communicate any concerns with your host during the stay. We always stay transparent with our guests and provide any details that might impact their stay. We also love back and forth communication from our guests throughout their stay so we can help them out as best as we can! Had this issue been surfaced, we would have provided a full refund regardless of what is written in our property description and helped you find a better accommodation that fit your family’s needs.

The condo and amenities were great! There wasn’t anything that we could’ve possibly asked for that our host didn’t provide, including cooking spices, utensils, bathroom items, and laundry detergent/fabric softener. The views are incredible and it was very enjoyable sitting on the porch and watching the horses walk around in the neighbors yards. We even got to sit on the porch and watch men practice roping cows one evening in the yard behind us, which was really neat to see. The property is less than an hour to Yellowstone and the drive there was incredible. We also veered off the highway one day and had a scenic drive through Bridger to wilsall back to the condo. Breathtaking views!Out of all of the vrbo’s I’ve stayed in over the past several years, this one is, by far, my favorite.Thank you to our host for answering any questions I had. He answered almost immediately and were grateful for that! I have already recommended this place to all of my family who like to come to the Yellowstone area.

This condo was perfect for our stay in Montana. Spacious and cozy with a beautiful view. We will definitely consider this place again when we come back to Montana. Communication with the host was great as well.

Great place to stay!

Very spacious, clean and in a great location. Kenny was great at checking in on us to see if we needed anything. The condo had everything we could need. Very easy to access and park. Balcony is a good size too. Definitely will stay again.

Loved our first trip to Montana

The condo was perfect for our needs. Clean, nicely furnished, and with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Located 5 minutes from Livingston and shops, bars, restaurants. The owners could not have been more accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful, with a true Montana feel!

My senior mom and I enjoyed this tastefully-decorated, open, clean, well-stocked condo during a family wedding week. It's a convenient location between Yellowstone and Bozeman, with Livingston just 5 minutes away. The farm and mountain view from huge windows in every room lets you know you're in beautiful Montana. Kenny's communication was excellent, and I would highly recommend this lovely condo!

incredible view, amazing host

Kenny is an amazing host, with great communication. The condo was impeccably clean and well appointed, with many small things that made it like home. The views of Paradise Valley were amazing! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Kitchen was well equipped, with everything we needed for a home away from home. The building was quiet and perfectly located in Livingston. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stunning Views

Loved this place. It is just like the pictures except in person it is more spectacular. Everything you would need if you wanted to cook at home instead of going out and there is a grocery store within walking distance. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had and the check in process was great !! I highly recommend this rental !!!

Excellent Condo for a family or single

We stayed in this condo to access Yellowstone so my kids, 2 and 5, could make memories with their grandparents. It was perfect for the six of us. 1400 square feet felt like a lot. The place was clean and cared for, had everything we could need, and the wildlife that was viewable off the back deck was a wonderful way to start and finish a day. I highly recommend this condo if you’re looking to stay in the area.

The condo was perfect! When we arrived the condo hadn’t been properly cleaned after the last guests left. Our host was very apologetic and had the cleaning crew come to clean the bedsheets and wash the towels. They didn’t do it right…again! Our host offered to have them come again and fix the issues the next day, but by that point we had corrected most of the issues ourselves. Our host is hiring a new cleaning service going forward. The place is a newer build, in a perfect spot for access to all that Livingston has to offer. We fly fished for two days, enjoyed the local restaurants, and even enjoyed the local natural hot springs nearby in Pray, MT. We will definitely be back!

Kenny is a great host who was more than happy to help me with a special need. The unit is sparkling clean, roomy, with a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and a beautiful mountain view. Who could ask for more?

Beautiful Modern Apartment

The apartment was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Walking distance from a grocery store was a bonus too. We had a great stay here.

Best Vacation

The whole experience was amazing, beautiful place with a beautiful view. Loved everything! Definitely plan on coming back, and would love to stay at this place again.

Great Property

First of all host, Kenny is a terrific host! Any questions or concerns I had he addressed immediately. Very accommodating. I loved the property, airy light, comfortable, safe, any kitchen item you needed was available. Although the North Entrance to Yellowstone was not open to the public at this time, this is a great location. Livingston, is a nice small town, good food and friendly people. Would stay at this property again. Thanks again to Kenny for making this a wonderful vacation.

Great stay in Montana

Kenny thought of everything. He made it so easy for us to experience Montana for the first time. The property was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We loved the proximity to the charming town of Livingston.
