We live in the very walkable neighborhood of Chatham Arch, one of Indy's premium historic neighborhoods. The carriage house is directly across the street from the new Bottleworks development and a 3 minute walk to Mass Ave. You are very close to great restaurants, nightlife and all that downtown Indy has to offer while still being nestled in a quiet urban neighborhood.

Wonderful stay close to Bottleworks Hotel

This was such a great location for the wedding we attended at the Bottleworks Hotel. It was perfect for our family of 4 plus my mom.

Perfect Place, Perfect Location

Bright, clean, good location

This place fit our group perfectly (4 adults and 3 teens). Walking distance to Bottleworks district is a real perk, plus easy driving to downtown and IU Natatorium. EV plug-in was a nice touch too. The kitchen could use a few more items (especially better non-stick frying pan, cookie sheet, etc for making breakfast before AM sports), but overall it fit our needs. Thanks.

Home for the Holiday

Love love loved our stay. My family and I came home for the holiday, and I really wanted something where the 5 of us could have our own space with a comfy and homey feeling. This place did not disappoint. It was everything I was looking for. The kitchen had just about everything I needed to cook multiple meals with everything so easy to find. The beds were comfortable, and the shower!!! It was really hard for me to get out of the shower. The water was soft, and the temperature and pressure were amazing!!! I will definitely check to see if this place is available the next time we're in town.

Overall, all was good. The runners on the stairs leading from the garage to the unit were not tacked/glued down though and actually created a hazard.

Cute, Great Location.. clean.. tons of supplies

Perfect for the family! We have a toddler & baby and they had everything we needed for them. I always appreciate the supplies, like ziplock bags, detergent, spices, shampoos, etc.... its always the little things. Communication with owner was quick & easy. Best part is the location... we felt very safe & we walked to eat for every meal.. less than 5 min to over 15 restaurants. We come out here every year & will definitely stay again next year! No complaints :)

Comfortable apartment in a great location

The apartment was as described in the listing: 3BR (one is a semi-open loft), 2BA. Comfortable and clean. The owners were very easy to communicate with and live next door. Off-street garage parking (even with an EV charger, if you drive one). The rest of my family was enamored by the many bunnies that hop around the neighborhood. The real draw, though, is the location. An easy walk to Mass Ave, where there are tons of restaurants and to the Garage food hall and Bottleworks. We did a lot of day trips to visit nearby colleges, but once the car was back in the garage, we walked everywhere.

We had a fabulous time in this rental unit. It is so close to Bottleworks and Mass Ave. The unit was ready on time and immaculately clean. I appreciated the gate at the top of the entry stairs. We had more than enough space and the beds were very comfortable. Will absolutely stay again!

Although we only stayed for one night it is an impressive home it is clean,well equipped and very comfortable. Don't be surprised by the robot vacuum.

Exceeded all expectations. Great place for a family gathering. Everything was clean, everything works, everything was provided. Cherry on top was the remarkable location. Had a great weekend and never had to drive anywhere.

Was a great experince. Lots of space, very competitively priced, conformtable beds, in a very walkable area and plenty of dish ware. Only suggestions would be to have some kind of anti-slip help in the tibs, and to update the TVs (we couldnt use any streaming services)
