We live in the very walkable neighborhood of Chatham Arch, one of Indy's premium historic neighborhoods. The carriage house is directly across the street from the new Bottleworks development and a 3 minute walk to Mass Ave. You are very close to great restaurants, nightlife and all that downtown Indy has to offer while still being nestled in a quiet urban neighborhood.

Great Stay

This is a lovely property located up a flight of stairs over a garage. Was comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice, safe, walkable location. Plenty of parking. Everything is as seen in the listing. Host is very friendly and communicative. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this place again.

Your apartment was perfect for our needs! We were in town for a cheer competition and having room to spread out and relax was exactly what we needed! Your place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The garage parking was a plus since the weather was rain/snow and messy while we were there. We would definitely stay here again!

Home for the Holiday

Love love loved our stay. My family and I came home for the holiday, and I really wanted something where the 5 of us could have our own space with a comfy and homey feeling. This place did not disappoint. It was everything I was looking for. The kitchen had just about everything I needed to cook multiple meals with everything so easy to find. The beds were comfortable, and the shower!!! It was really hard for me to get out of the shower. The water was soft, and the temperature and pressure were amazing!!! I will definitely check to see if this place is available the next time we're in town.

Bright, clean, good location

This place fit our group perfectly (4 adults and 3 teens). Walking distance to Bottleworks district is a real perk, plus easy driving to downtown and IU Natatorium. EV plug-in was a nice touch too. The kitchen could use a few more items (especially better non-stick frying pan, cookie sheet, etc for making breakfast before AM sports), but overall it fit our needs. Thanks.

Great Stay; beautiful area

This was the easiest check-in and check-out at a VRBO I have had. Everything was simple, and communication was excellent. The area is also beautiful and walkable. We found ourselves wanting to explore the immediate area more and more each day. I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent weekend getaway

Stayed here for a quick weekend trip with friends and was very pleased with the entire process. The house is wonderful and is very spacious with all the conveniences you’d need. Location is perfect if you’re looking to go out on the town. Very walkable to bars and restaurants. Great hosts!

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. This spot is close to restaurants/ bars and the stadium. The garage parking was a nice bonus!

Wonderful stay close to Bottleworks Hotel

This was such a great location for the wedding we attended at the Bottleworks Hotel. It was perfect for our family of 4 plus my mom.

Comfortable apartment in a great location

The apartment was as described in the listing: 3BR (one is a semi-open loft), 2BA. Comfortable and clean. The owners were very easy to communicate with and live next door. Off-street garage parking (even with an EV charger, if you drive one). The rest of my family was enamored by the many bunnies that hop around the neighborhood. The real draw, though, is the location. An easy walk to Mass Ave, where there are tons of restaurants and to the Garage food hall and Bottleworks. We did a lot of day trips to visit nearby colleges, but once the car was back in the garage, we walked everywhere.

Convenient location.

We like how close the house is to the Bottleworks area, the area is so walkable. Really appreciated the use of the garage as opposed to street parking. Easy entry access, it was nice that all doors had the same code. Thanks.

Great place for friends

Stayed for two night with 3 couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and plenty of room to move around. Short walk to many places to eat and drink or just a short Uber ride down town.
