Kicking back at the beach ⛱️

Condo was very nice, out the back by the pool and you're on the beach. Lynne with Rising Tide Properties was wonderful to deal with. Had a very nice visit and we'll be back.

This property is near everything we needed. Unit is clean and comfortable. Property manager was easy to reach and responds quickly.

We loved the location of the property! Quiet, right on the beach, close to great eating, and clean.

The condo its self was nice but could use some updating in the master bath. Plenty of room and a great view. A great first time experience in Garden City.

Water’s Edge Rental

We loved this condo. It was very clean and nice. It looks just like the pictures. The view is amazing! We had a wonderful time and plan to return soon!

Wonderful week at the Beach

The property was spotless and was equipped with all the things that make your stay easier. The kitchen has everything you will need in cookware and dinnerware. There are tons of space for clothes and toiletries. The renovated bathrooms are beautiful. The owner is awesome to work with. The location was great also!

Great location, clean condo, well equipped

I rented for a month and loved it! The condo was clean, kitchen is well equipped and since i was there for so long, having the full size laundry in the unit was very convenient. My daughter came to visit so having the second full bath worked out perfectly. I highly recommend staying at 806 Water's Edge!

Happy place

The communication was impeccable! The condo was wonderful, fully equipped, didn’t want for anything and the view was amazing!! So clean, comfortable and to be honest, for myself, perfect! It’s exactly what I was wanting for our stay!! I have been back since this stay and will return very soon! This was my first Vrbo stay and I’m sooo glad I took the plunge!

Perfectly located.

From the time we arrived i can honestly say everything was as described. Beautiful condo. Clean and up to date. Located less than half mile from the pier. Definitely would recommend renting this condo to anyone. And i will be back..

Fun family vacation

We enjoyed staying here! Very clean, loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed to prep or cook a meal. Having a washing machine and dryer was also great. The view was fabulous and the resort itself was nice. We loved being able to go from the ocean to the pool and still being near the waves and beach. Only downside was the mattresses were not the most comfortable for us, but we don’t typically sleep on firm ones so it really could just be us. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again and we hope to do so in the future!

After Christmas getaway

My wife and I took a last minute trip to Garden City. The place was as expected A little disappointed that the pool and hot tub were under construction as a result of Hurricane Ian. The view from the balcony on the 8th floor was wonderful. We ended up extending our stay by a day and the Rising Tides folks were great in making it work. The condo was well supplied.

A great time at the Water's Edge

This is a great vacation spot. The owners provided me with a lot of good information. They were very responsive. I would highly recommend this rental. I hope to return for another visit. The view is perfect. The unit has everything you would need. The amenities are great. I love the location. Garden City allows guests to have the best of the Ocean and the marsh. The pier and shops are a short walk from the condo. The beach was never too crowded. The owners are very nice people!

Perfect setup for an easy getaway

The property has everything needed to drop everything and get away. Literally steps away from a very nice, wide, uncrowded beach. Pool and hot tubs are in good shape and clean. Unit itself is very clean and has great upgrades, particularly the remodeled bathrooms. Owner is quite proactive, and made the process super easy. Recommend the umbrella/chair rental setup. Allowed us to just show up and enjoy the beach every day. You’ll like this property.

You won’t regret it!!

The condo is exactly as pictured! Working with Blaise was one of the best experiences we’ve had. The condo is incredibly clean & well stocked. The bathrooms are both remodeled, the furniture is very comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the unit is perfect! The owner stayed in contact with us frequently and was available for any questions we had. Check in is super easy since you just use the code given to you by the owner. The beautiful beach is just steps away! If you book this condo you won’t regret it!! Thank you Blaise for a perfect vacation experience!!

Very nice condo!

My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay! The bed was super comfortable, and the condo was stocked with plenty of extra pillows and blankets, should you need them. The bedroom was small, and it was tough getting around the bed without stubbing your toe, but getting a good nights sleep was worth it! The showers were great! Updated with nice tile. We only used one, but it's super nice having two showers in a one bedroom unit. We loved the rockers on the balcony and enjoyed fireworks on the beach every night. Blaise was wonderful at communicating with me and was very quick to respond whenever I had a question. He couldn't have been better, and he's a character, so he's fun to talk to! Thank you, Blaise, for sharing your home with us!

Best stay in 12 years

Great condo a wonderful couples retreat to the beach! Everything is great there even the bed was awesome as we both have bad backs, everything is nicely furnished with care we felt that the owner actually cared about us being comfortable in the condo not the usual cheap furniture, plumbing fixtures and appliances thrown in so you’ll rent from the photo then arrive with disappointment! Bathrooms were nice and two on top of it so the queen had her own and I had mine ,great location always stay in Garden City have been for 12 years and counting. Even the TV was great 10 channels of HBO and movies and series on demand at no charge. Condo is also great for rainy days as it has indoor pool and jacuzzi even great when you burn yourself in sun still can enjoy! Rent with confidence the owner actually cares he’s the only person who ever called to make sure all was to our liking ENJOY!!!!!!!

Perfect month!

My husband and I stayed the month of October at Waters' Edge, unit 806. Here are our ratings, pro and con. Comfy bed: more comfortable than our bed at home Keyless lock: didn't realize how absolutely wonderful that is!! Wish everyone had this. Cleanliness: spotless Well stocked kitchen: just like home and we were there a month. Good ice maker. Shower: great water pressure AC: we were totally comfortable the entire month WiFi: very fast and secure TV's: two, both very good with all the channels we needed View: Spectacular doesn't capture it Roominess: perfect for two even though we thought it would get cramped; it never did. Didn't use the sofa bed, but there was plenty of room for that if needed Facilities: wonderful indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, gym that we used almost every day. Everything was clean and not crowded in October. Step right onto the beach! Neighbor noise: we were never bothered by any noise the entire month unless the sound of the ocean bothers you : ) Location: close to great restaurants and all that the South Strand has to offer Elevators: usually very fast unless it was a busy day with lots of people checking in or out Owner: Blaise was unbelievably accommodating. Any concerns were addressed immediately, and I don't have room to go into all he did for us. If you can meet him, do it. One of the nicest people you will ever meet. Now for the cons. Ummm... even if I tried, I can't think of one. Really, and I am not getting paid for this review! Do not hesitate renting from Blaise! We just hope you don't want to go when we do. Our month at Water's Edge was perfect in every way.
