The property is located in beach walking distance to the famous Garden City Pier. Their is a band at both ends of the Pier during season. There is dancing, karaoke, food and of course beer, wine, and cocktails. You can get a fishing license their and fish off the Pier.
I love to eat breakfast on the Pier. It’s just a great way to start the day.

This condo has been remodeled from the top to the bottom, and inside the walls. I was making something I couldn't wait to stay in and enjoy. Something I'd be proud to have family and friends stay in. And most of all something I knew would be a great vacation property for others to stay in. I do hope you will enjoy your stay as much as I enjoy having you stay here.
