Jones beach. 25 mins from Resorts Casino &
Jake's 58 casino. 5 min drive to LIRR station, 50

Frank was so helpful and accommodating during our stay. The place was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, close to where we needed to be for the weekend. 10/10 stay, would 100% rent this place again.

With Family living in the area it was a very quiet , comfortable , clean and convenient place to stay when we visited . We very much enjoyed our here stay as over the years we have tried most of the hotels in the area and all came up very short . Noisy , poor location, inconvenient parking or on many times no rooms available that met our needs . Frank is a very detail oriented hands on property owner who greeted us on our arrival and reached several times to see if we needed anything . We plan to stay here again in the near future .

The place was as pictured, the bed and linens were comfortable, everything seems new and neat and clean, the host was super friendly and nice. The kitchen was well appointed though there was only 1 spoon in the silverware drawer. The only complaint is that there is not enough hot water for a shower. Thank goodness I didnt need to wash my hair as the hot water ran out after just a couple of minutes. Otherwise the place is great!

Excellent accommodations for our visit to this years Ryder Cup. Very clean and organized. Communication by owner both in unit and through app was great in managing our arrival and departure.

Great Long Island Property

Went to see a concert at Jone’s Beach and stayed here for a few days. Property was as advertised and working with the owner was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice perfect location

The place was very nice and easy to access. Everything was very clean and cozy inside. The host was even available to answer questions right away. We wish we had more time to stay and enjoy.

Frank was an excellent host. He was quick to reply to messages and provided a helpful guidebook to make sure our weekend stay went smoothly. The apartment was very clean and comfortable too!

Great little apartment!

The apartment is small but it is newly renovated and super clean. 2 people is the right number of people for the size of the apartment. The property owner is amazing and very responsive.

Consistently great VRBO to stay

This is our second time staying here and it has remained consistently the perfect place to stay at when we are in Long Island. Communication with the friendly host still is top notch. Location is great. Cleanliness is 5/5. Bed was really comfortable. It was in the basement but we were comfortable and didnt have issues with noise from upstairs at all. Highly recommended and will book here again when we are in Long Island.

Clean easy and accommodating

The host went the extra mile to make sure the place was easy to use and comfortable. Loved the snacks And I can’t comprehend how a place can be so clean. Really felt taken care of, I truly appreciated that!

Cozy basement studio

Perfect place for my wife and I to stay for a short visit. Everything was great the one and only issue was the hot water in the shower. Could’ve been hotter. Not a dealbreaker, however.

A very nice stay back in my old neighborhood

Exactly as advertised. Spacious for 1-2 people. 3 cement steps going down into living quarters from outside which may be a problem for some. Was not for me. Neighborhood well maintained. Felt very safe returning to property at night. Auto lights come on when pulling into driveway as well as light at entrance door to rooms. Would definitely use next time I visit Massapequa.

Highly recommended. Cozy and clean

Me and my spouse were in the area for work and this VRBO's location was quite convenient. It was an easy access to major highways. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe during our entire stay. Parking was easy. Communication with the host was top-notch. The unit itself was clean and well put together. The unit is like the photos and even better in person. They left us snacks and also some drinks. This is greatly appreciated! Kitchen basics were provided as well. While it was a basement, we weren't bothered by the footsteps upstairs. We were able to adjust the temperature which is pretty convenient especially for a basement unit. Wifi was fast, definitely better than hotel wifi. The bathroom was clean and the hot water was pretty good. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and would book again if I am in the area.

This was an exceptional little oasis in Long Island. Beautiful community, well kept clean and comfortable little space. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking needs and the Host, Frank was very helpful and responsive. Had a minor issue with the hot tub and Frank came to the rescue so quickly and got everything up and running. It was an excellent stay. One thing to note for those coming from out of the area, Phillip B Healey Beach and Amity Beach are for locals only. Jones beach was 20 mins away and has 10 entry fee well worth it

Séjour chez Frank

Massepequa est parfaitement situé pour le triathlon de Long Beach. 14 min en auto. L’appartement de Frank est parfaitement adapté à notre séjour. C’est très propre, bien équipé et le secteur est sécuritaire. Frank est un hôte dévoué et très serviable. Nous recommandons son hébergement
