Nice, small and cozy apartment perfect for two on vacation. Comfortable bed, great working fridge, warm shower (plenty of warm water). Easy directions and good communication. Olivia was helpful even while she was on vacation herself. Close to everything we did in Rome, Nothing was more than a 20 min walk. Easy bus ride from the Roma Termini over to the apartment. The restaurant right next to the front door, Al Braciera, was unbelievably good. We ended up canceling reservations and eating there twice!

Loved this property! Great location and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Air conditioning works great and this is perfect for 2 people. Olivia let me check in early and was a very easy process. Very safe and clean and has an elevator!

Olivia was easy to get a hold of and was very friendly. We had a lovely stay. Great location and pretty quiet. Lots of great restaurants and a wonderful local coffee shop that served amazing 1.5 cappuccino!

Great location, walkable to many sights, Great pasta restaurant below with many dining options round the corner. Comfortable bed with renovated bathroom in a very old building, Tiny kitchen Burt works for us. There is a flight of stairs to reach the apartment but landlady got us help when we told her we are seniors with back problems

The host is friendly and does her best to support guests. The location is great, right in the center of Rome and close to the Vatican. There are many good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place.

Apartment is centrally located to all the popular sites. Beautiful building. Check in and out was very easy. Olivia is wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.

The apartment was in the perfect, centralized location for all of the sites we wanted to see! Everything was walkable - the Vatican, the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain and the churches, so many breathtaking churches! The apartment was clean, and the owner was always reachable for any questions/

Lovely Flat!

Terrific place to stay, quiet and had everything we needed. Very close to Colosseum and Forum, was only a brief and pleasant walk. Good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well. Highly recommend this property, would stay here again!

Perfect location

Lovely studio close to all the touristy things, yet off the beaten path in a small neighborhood with lots of shops and cafes/osterias. Perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway in Rome.

A short trip to Rome

The room was perfect for my short stay in Rome. It is located where the major sites everyone comes to Rome to see, with plenty of restaurants located just a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Perfect location

Olivia was very welcoming and kind. She helped us with directions and was very accommodating. The communication was good for checking in, and the room is in a great location, close to everything.

Our host and the central location and the condition of the apartment. The apartment was nicely renovated. It was 20 minutes walk from Vatican City and the Heart of old Ancient Rome. L Bracier restaurant in the same building. Very good Italian food. Better than all the other restaurants we tried for lunch. So we ate there every dinner!! Very close to grocery stores and the beautiful Piaza Nuvonna. Olivia the owner was very helpful!

Wonderful Stay, and host!

We had a wonderful stay, the check in was simple and the location of the apartment was fantastic. Apartment is just as shown in the pictures and list. Communication was great with our host. We would easily stay here again, and everything was simple and location is perfect to everything in Rome you will want to do. Highly recommend this apartment if its just a couple/2 people.
