The host Olivia is an excellent communicator, and very attentive. She provided detailed instructions for check-in which was appreciated. The apartment itself is centrally located and walkable to the Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Colosseum and many other attractions. The neighborhood is lively and safe with many restaurants and shops in close proximity. While the apartment may not be ideal for travellers with mobility issues, we found it to be a fantastic home base for exploring Rome. We would definitely recommend booking this property.

For a studio, it was clean and a great use of space with a Murphy bed, sofa bed, and kitchenette. It was centrally located so it was easy to get to Sant Angelo’s castle, the Vatican and the Pantheon. Other locations were easily accessible by close bus stops.

The apartment was exactly as described. The location was perfect for our 4 nights in Rome. The owner (Olivia) was a great communicator and made sure that we had everything that we required. We would certainly stay here again when back in Rome.

Cute little apartment in the heart of Ancient Rome. We loved how we were able to walk almost everywhere during our trip and experience staying in the center of all the wonderful vibes of downtown ancient Rome.

We stayed at this property for three days during our honeymoon. It was clean and well maintained, and the host was highly responsive. The only concern involved the initial check-in, since the host had to grant access into the main building remotely, but that delay lasted less than ten minutes. Even so, we truly enjoyed our time here. The location is excellent, near local shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. We would certainly recommend this spot for a couple or individual looking to explore Rome.

Super clean property in an excellent location. We were able to walk to literally all of the main attractions from here! It is on a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend. Olivia was a great host.

Had a fantastic stay at this VRBO location. Host was very quick to respond to any questions or information we needed. The property was perfectly located in walking distance for the areas of Rome which my wife and I wanted to see and there was lots shopping and restaurants in close proximity. The cost of the property was excellent and we would recomend staying here!

This apartment was perfect! It was very clean and near everything. We were able to walk everywhere and never had to use a public transport. The restaurant next to the building also has delicious food! Olivia was very helpful and gave us many recommendations. This apartment really made our week in Rome a hundred times better. I definitely recommend :)

I highly recommend this accommodation! It is truly in the heart of Rome….convenient to many major attractions and yet quiet and off the main street. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with everything we needed, and the tiny kitchen served our needs perfectly This apartment is spotlessly clean and the neighborhood safe. It is easy to connect with the hostess if necessary.

Perfect place for us

Clean, cozy place just minutes from the Vatican, Colosseum and Pantheon. Excellent communication from owner. Loved our time there.

Wonderful stay

Flat is small but mighty! Perfectly located near all the must see areas and restaurants. Olivia was very responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!
