Beautiful older house, but it is starting to show its age. Creaky floors and dated bathroom fixtures, but still a great value. Very quaint and charming!

Loved staying at this home! So charming and in such a great neighborhood. We walked to dinner and enjoyed all of the unique homes in the area. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

The house was conveniently located to the many attractions of Wichita. Lots of room for big families. Owners were easy to contact and responded quickly.

Here’s a polished VRBO review:This was the perfect house for our family of seven — three couples and one child. Everyone had plenty of space, and having a bathroom for each couple was a huge plus. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and very well stocked. Everything was in good working order, from the lights and faucets to the blinds, which made the stay easy and comfortable.We also loved the location and walked just two blocks to Livingston’s for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this home to others!

It was a beautiful home that we all were very comfortable in. We would definitely stay there again if we come to Wichita.The one thing I’d suggest is to add “south” when giving out the address. We went north instead of south.

Everything from the moment I reserved has been wonderful! The home was impeccably clean and so homey the individual renting the unit replied quickly and was willing to accommodate our needs. We will return!

Would stay again

Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for eating and gathering for games and visiting, which was perfect for our family weekend trip. It's a really cool older home design! And lots of outdoor space to enjoy nice weather. Check out was pretty simple, which we appreciated as well.
