This unit is exactly as advertised. It appears to have been recently redecorated. It's beautiful and spacious. Beds and furniture are comfortable. The instructions for entering the unit, entering the building after 10pm and accessing the pool are very thorough. The Margate building and the Kingston plantation grounds have been well maintained. Tge unit has several beach towels and bags. There are also a few beach chairs probably left by other guest. There may have been children's toys in a beach bag, but we didn't investigate the contents of a couple of beach sacks. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Had a lovely stay. The condo is up to date, clean, and has an amazing view! Had a small issue with the air and the owner immediately had a repairman there. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend this condo!

Great beach front condo, very clean and modern renovations.

The door to enter the condo was a little tricky as it was down the hall but quickly figured it out. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Our stay was wonderful! This condo is absolutely beautiful and the views of the pools and beach were breathtaking. Most importantly it was super clean! The owner communicated to us everything we needed to know about accessing property. The condo was stocked with everything you could of possibly needed. Also very Important, furniture was comfortable and accommodated a family while we relaxed at night from a fun day in the sun. Beautiful development, parking was great. The elevator brought you right down to the pools and beach was steps away. Would absolutely stay again at this magnificent property! Thank you!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ****

My husband and I and our 2 small children stayed here for the week and I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay at the beach. The check in process was easy and the communication with the owner was flawless…if there was anything we needed or questions we had they were answered right away. The property is beautiful and the unit was amazing, there wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t provided. We were right there ocean front and where we could see the outdoor pool as well. It was very accommodating, and only a few steps away to the beach access bridge. We will definitely be back again ☀️ 🏖

We will definitely be staying here again! This unit is gorgeous and the beds are so comfortable. Everything we needed was there from beach towels and chairs to kitchen amenities. We enjoyed the balcony each morning and night! Most nights we could enjoy the bands at thePier from the balcony while playing games with the family. The view from all windows of the unit is stunning. The unit and the Margate Tower facilities are top notch.
