The condo was clean, and it is in a great location. The price was reasonable. The property had some access walkway issues, specifically a sidewalk which had a significant drop-off to the surrounding landscaping. The property manager pointed out that it had passed the required government inspection in the past, but it is still a bit of a hazard, and something to be aware of. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would look forward to returning for a future visit.

Thanks for the great review, Julie! (We were notified via app that the AC in the unit she booked might be on the fritz, and we were able to move her to another unit and get it fixed.)

The kitchen appeared to be fully equipped. I did not have time to cook for myself. Owner left brochures for eateries and I selected one of their recommendations. The downtown area is within walking distance of this property and has lots of hops and restaurants.

Cool area, cool place

It was awesome! Only stayed 1 night, so we didn't utilize much of what was offered (tv, range, coffe maker), but the unit was very clean, and very comfortable. I hope to stay here again.

The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. Carrying things in to the 2nd floor was a little challenging for four 60 women, but after that, we enjoyed the view from there. We could walk to town easily. We rented a golf cart and really enjoyed all the ambiance of lovely Cedar Key!
