Awesome place to stay. We parked early 7:30am along with our ski gear and just walked over to minimize dropping off gear and then park, we also didn’t need a ski locker. The condo is around the corner from Snow Summit. We fed the birds, squirrels, and chipmunks off the deck and replenished the birdseed provided by the owners. Great place to stay near Snow Summit.

For the most part the property was very clean, with the exception of the carpet mainly in front of the kitchen area which was stained and appeared to have been that way awhile. The host was friendly enough, but a large dog at the counter, contained by a child gate barked with an angry sound throughout the process of checking in.There was a switch marked fan which would have been nice, but the ceiling fan it was wired to was missing with capped wires.Even though the listing stated all inclusive, there was an additional 40 unexplained charge on my card.Over all house keeping was good, but the carpet condition and the dog are why I could not give the property an exceptional rating.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went as a family of five, one of which was 18 months. Condo was laid out well all bedrooms downstairs and common area upstairs. Plenty of space, we do wish there was a bathroom up stairs but that was the only complaint. Kids did say bunk beds were a little firm but we had a blast you can not beat the location. We would love to stay here again when we come back!! We definitely recommend!!
