Surrounded by towering evergreen trees outside and simply decorated inside, this Big Bear cabin is perfect for a month long family retreat or a quick weekend getaway!

Set on a quiet street, Evergreen Gables offers two spacious decks so you can enjoy a beverage and book or just relax and enjoy the wonderful mountain air as you soak in the hot tub.  The large family room welcomes you with a spacious and comfortable sectional, game table, 50” flat screen t.v., cathedral ceilings and an easy-to-use gas fireplace for comfort and the hygge you’re searching for.

The light and bright kitchen has an island w/ barstools, perfect for early mornings with your family, as well as a dining table and four chairs. The granite countertops and tile backsplash with fully stocked cupboards make this kitchen feel like home. Kitchen also includes a toaster, Keurig Coffee machine, and Electric Tea kettle for all the hot chocolate you can drink.

The lovely Master Bedroom at Evergreen Gables features a King size bed, ensuite bath with dual sinks and granite counter tops, a comfortable couch for novel reading and relaxing and a handy wardrobe unit for hanging and organizing clothes. A sliding glass door leads out onto the back deck and lush Perigold wallpaper and Article furniture help to level up your stay.

Simply and comfortably styled, Bedroom 2 has a brand new Novaform memory foam queen bed, spacious closet, gorgeous wallpaper, and a conveniently located bathroom across the hall.

The Bunk Room is perfect for kids or teens with double bunk beds, a small craft table, and whimsical forest mural wallpaper.

This Big Bear cabin welcomes friends and families alike with extra amenities including a retro Pac-Man video game as well as Foosball and Double Shot Basketball in the garage. Additionally, there is a grill on the back deck, Samsung washer and dryer, and internet throughout the house.

Evergreen Gables is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Snow Summit is only 6 minutes away and offers fantastic skiing in the winter and world class mountain biking, hiking, and exploring in the spring and summer. The lake is just down the hill and in only an 8 minute car ride, you can visit “Big Bear Snow Play” offering tubing, night glow tubing, a mini-race car speedway, a rope climbing course, and more.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
