Beautiful home provided a fantastic family base for a fall wedding we attended in Missoula. Ten family members had plenty of space with lots of common area for family from four states to catch up. The fall views of the Missoula valley and sunsets were amazing.

We had an amazing stay! We were in Missoula for the UM graduation and the house was perfect for the number of folks that had flown in. The view was incredible and the distance from campus made the drive easy. The kitchen was well equipped and there wasn't a lot that we might have needed that wasn't already there.

What an amazing home to spend Easter weekend in. The quietness, safe walking/running trails, and that endless view, WOW! I wish we could reserve this home every time we come to town. As my son would say, "it's our palace for the weekend."

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Very comfortable and lots of room. The view is incredible and location great. Loved the nearby hiking trails. Joy was very communicative and personable. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an excellent stay. The view is second to none in Missoula. The trail and walking paths around the neighborhood were fabulous and the large open concept of the living, dining and kitchen worked great for our small family gatherings. The kitchen was so fun to cook in with double ovens and well stocked with cooking and baking supplies. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

House was perfect for our ‘family reunion’. Great location and views, close to everything for us,!

Easy rental and great communication all the way through with owner. Many amenities and supplies present that really made the stay easy!

Best location to stay in Missoula!

I can't say enough about this property: the location, the views, the amenities! It was perfect for our large group to stay at and enjoy a beautiful summer weekend in Missoula!

What a beautiful home!!!! Very clean and great amenities. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets every day! Absolutely loved the morning and evening visits from all the Deer's! The trail just behind the home was wonderful for an early morning hike as well. Thank you, Joy for such a memorable stay!!

Amazing place

Holiday Family Gathering

This home was huge, with most amenities that we needed, a beautiful location, and space to play games and visit in small groups, and just enjoy being together.
