We were a party of four that needed a rental that was close to downtown and had four bedrooms during a long weekend stay. This property met that criterion yet provided so much more. Extremely clean, beautifully renovated, well furnished, and outstanding communication by co-host Kristy. If you're looking for an excellent rental near downtown, look no further.

Beautifully remodeled house! The beds are super comfy and it’s a great location. The hip strip, downtown and the U are all in walkable distance. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home! Very spacious, very comfortable. Modern. Easy drive to U of M . Only downfall is on busy street with lots of traffic noise. But sound machines in every room.

This was my second stay in this lovely home. And my guests this time enjoyed it as much as I did. The only problem is that we won’t want to stay anywhere else when visiting Missoula. Ha! We all hope to return and stay here again. The comfort, location, beauty, all perfect!

This is an incredibly special home. The attention to detail is top notch. We were so comfortable here and grateful to stay. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. It’s a central location with great access to campus and downtown. We were fortunate to visit over homecoming weekend and watch the parade from the house from the balcony and living room! Kristy and Steve are very thoughtful hosts. Can’t wait to return.

Our stay was perfect for our family group of five (aged 11-81). Centrally located near Missoula’s active Downtown and the university. Everything was immaculate and comfortable.

Our entire group agreed - this might just be the best VRBO home we've ever stayed in.We had a group of 8-10 adults and all fit easily in this home. This kitchen was well appointed with great cooking items - we cooked several times. The beds were all super comfortable and the sound machines in all the bedrooms was a super special touch. The house is in an amazing area - we walked everywhere without any problem. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Missoula.
