Beautiful balcony sunsets

Wonderful views of Tampa bay from balcony. A clean, well decorated corner unit with windows into the living room besides balcony. Short walk to beach area. Casual restaurant-bar at the pool just steps away and easy parking under the unit. Quiet, relaxing location.

Great place

Clean, quiet, comfortable, great view. Good food at the pool restaurant. Hot tub was listed but there isn’t one. It says 3 bed, but it’s two bedroom and a pullout couch. It’s not far from restaurants and a beach. Overall, great stay.

Good condo

Nice little condo. No space to relax inside if the pull out sofa is out. Outside property conditions were not communicated. The beach dock and dining area were not accessible during our stay which was extremely disappointing. Room is directly above the trash pick up which is very loud a very early. Grill on site was great!

Short stay

We just needed an overnight stay, and this was perfect. The location was within minutes of where we needed to be. Plenty of good restaurants around us to choose from.

Girls weekend

We stayed one night for a bachelorette! It was just right! The proximity of the room to the pool was great and the pool sits in such a way that it’s always in the sun. The room was spacious, clean and offered everything you’d need!

College visit

Visited our son at UT for the weekend. This was a great location to campus. Gave us a little getaway vacation feel away from the city, but yet only 15 minutes to campus. The pool bar was perfect! Great atmosphere and great service and drinks! We will return! Unit was clean, sunny, and overlooked the bay. The only negative is that the master bedroom is right next to the elevator so if you’re not an early riser, you will hear a lot of noise.

Wonderful stay

Normally stay in Madeira but stayed here due to the storm. This place was great although they were still recovering also. Don was a great host and communicated the resort conditions leading up to our arrival. The condo was beautiful the balcony was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a girls getaway!

Owners were responsive and great. Loved the proximity to the airport and Raymond James stadium. The two bed2 bath condo was perfect to have our space plus the comforts of home. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thbak you! . Ow

A little misleading

The unit was nice, clean, and well taken care of. The views were absolutely beautiful. But the listing was for a 3 bed 2 bath and we were surprised to find a 2/2 with a pull out couch. We made it work, but definitely not what we were expecting.

Rocky Point

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Location was ideal for trips into Tampa and Clearwater. Great sunset viewing a plus. And a day at the pool w/dolphin swimming by was an extra treat.

Perfect location!

This place was perfect for our stay. Very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location as well. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend staying here. Definitely will be back.

Quick getaway

Very nice place for a quick visit to Tampa. Easy check in and check out and roomy unit with everything we needed for meals etc. Would spend longer time next trip!

Everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend. Location made it easy to get to everything, went to 3 different beaches & spent plenty of time at the pool, having drinks, watching sunsets, listening to live music and much more! Best vacation ever!!! 😎
