Enjoy breathtaking views of Tampa Bay, Florida from our spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium that will accommodate a total of 4 people. 2 queen size beds. 2 TV's in each room. Fully equipped kitchen. You will see it as the perfect blend of tranquil beach living and modern convenience. This great 1/1 condo is located in the highly desirable waterfront community at Rocky Point Island. Fantastic amenities include private sunning beach, hammocks, heated pool, sundeck, sand volleyball, outside fitness center, fishing pier and picnic area with BBQ!

The pool bar/restaurant located right on the property made this location ideal! Great food, music, and Nikki the server was excellent. We felt we didn’t have to leave to have a good time!

Reservations made was easy. Great communications with host. It was my first time using Vrbo and it was easy. The description of the property was spot on. It was absolutely perfect for attending my business conference downtown and my bride enjoyed the views, pool, the poolside bar and food. I would absolutely stay here again.

Instructions were clear and the place was nice. Definitely recommend checking out the beach bar. The lobby has a nice selection of drinks, snacks, and commonly forgotten toiletries for sale. Sunset is beautiful there!

This choice was absolutely perfect. Everyone is friendly here, helpful, and just amazing. This property was just right as in far enough away from the traffic from the stadium, yet still very close to it and a straight shot to Clearwater. I would definitely stay here again. The property owner was great at answering my questions and made it real easy when we showed up. Thank you!

Great Location, Price & Amenities

The place was perfect for our needs, very clean, beds were very comfortable, loved the balcony and water view, kitchen was stocked with what was needed for fixing meals, host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Incredible stay. We Loved every second of our trip. The room is adorable , well stocked, & very clean. communication was great, check in was easy, it’s a little hidden gem. We came here for a little R&R. We sat by the water everyday and enjoyed the view of the bay, watched the sunset, and woke up every morning to a beautiful view. The downfall was leaving !Already making arrangements for a future stay .

Great stay!

This condo is in a great location! Everything you could possibly need and more! Waking up in the morning sipping our coffee on the balcony and the amazing sunsets at night were awesome! The grounds, pool and tiki bar/restaurant were a great bonus. We really enjoyed our stay here and can’t wait to come back!
