Quiet Cove with Big Water Views

Quite place to relax on Lake Wateree. Boat launch at June Creek is only a 2 minute drive. Three bedroom, bunk room attached to bedroom three, two full baths cottage on larger property. Covered deck on the back. There is also a patio with a fire pit. Covered dock were you can enjoy the sunset on the water. There is a kayak/paddle board launch next to the dock. Shallow water around the dock. Only recommend shallow draft boats (pontoons) and jet skis that far back in the cove. The State Park is less than a 10 minute drive and The Retreat restaurant is about a 5 minute drive. Or both can be accessed by boat. **Linens and bath towels are not provided.

Having our own place on a lake, we are pretty particular about lake houses, and we really enjoyed our stay here!The house is in a fantastic location and made for a wonderful getaway. Even with lower lake level, dock was accessible and well poisitioned. The kitchen is exceptionally well-organized and stocked with everything you could need, which we always appreciate. The bedrooms and beds were also extremely comfortable, everyone slept great after long days out on the water.Responsive, communicative, and accommodating manager as well, makes a great stay even better!A lovely property overall, and a great experience from start to finish!

Don’t think twice, Book Now!

Foremost, Wayne has been a pleasure to speak with since the booking process started! He has communicated very well!! Every question did not go unanswered. His welcome information is easy to follow and detailed. There was even a birthday message for my husband! Now the property! It was clean, spacious, comfortable and welcoming. The small details are were impeccable. It accommodated our party well! We did not have a problem sleeping! It was something for everyone to do! Kids enjoyed the kayaks, adults and kids enjoyed fishing and sitting around the fire pit. It was also tons of games, activities inside. There was never a dull moment! Absolutely would return and can’t wait to do so! Honestly did not want to leave. If you’re ready to make memories, book book! To Wayne and family, thank you for the personal welcome to my family! We enjoyed it!

The entire family enjoyed staying at your lake house! Enjoyed the dock caught lots of fish! Grandson loved the boat and playing in the water! I would book this again we all loved our stay! Thanks for having us!

A secluded, picture perfect Get-Away

A very comfortable property. We were a group of six women gathering to socialize. We had a space a plenty on the dock, in the living room and at the dining table. Also no one had to share a bed; which happen to be very comfortable. The home, yard and deck were clean and appeared to be recently renovated or updated. All appliances appeared new and worked well. There was no dishwasher, however not a detraction from the experience. Wayne was quick to respond to my one question about the number of kayaks available; there are 2. My overall impression is: comfortable, top quality for a fair price. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property.
