We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the long July 4th weekend at the lake, and everything was just perfect! The house had all the essentials we needed, and then some. My husband really enjoyed cooking on the Blackstone grill. The bed swing on the upstairs porch was awesome for relaxing and taking in the amazing views. We were already planning our next trip before we even left.

The overall property was excellent. Great furnishings and accommodations. Two bedrooms with a full kitchen and bath was upstairs, with living area and huge screened in porch. The king bed was downstairs with a bath, washer/dryer, refrigerator, sink, microwave and dishwasher. No stove or oven. Downstairs access outside only. Direct access to outside to the large covered patio with plenty of furniture and the grills. Lake Wateree was in a fall drawdown, so the boat launch was not usable. But the drawdown exposed an excellent sand beach for the grands to play on and fish from. I will stay again.

We had a great time! We loved that each couple had their own space. The house had everything we needed and more. The host was easy to work with. The husbands loved spending time out on the dock and appreciated the sink and running water out there. The wives loved the hammock and the outdoor space in general. Even with the hot days we had, the ceiling fans on the lower patio kept it cool. We will definitely be back.

Booked a weekend girls trip and this lake house was everything we could have hoped for. It was not obvious to us on the listing that the stairs between upstairs and downstairs were outside but that does not take away from enjoying the house at all. The outdoor living space had us hooked immediately. Screened in porch, fire-pit, table and chairs on the dock. We never left the house. We have already talked about planning another trip. Owner responded immediately with any questions. Osprey nest close by was amazing. Would not change a thing.

Really enjoyed our stay! The listing was accurate, the space is cozy and functional. We loved the porch swing upstairs the best! Bring some tubes to float on an some rope and have a great time! Caught some fish with nightcrawlers. Plenty of storage in the kitchen and general use items. Beds are nice and on the firm side. Plenty of throw blankets all around the house. We had a couple days of rain but there were games, we brought puzzles and had the screened in porch to settle into.
