+ Please use make-up remover cloth. Stained towels or bedding will result in extra charges
+ Please make sure you grabbed all your items before you leave. There is a $75 fee to coordinate / ship left items.

We have a large family that assembles in KC once a year so having a house like this with 7 bedrooms—6 of which have king beds—is an amazing and rare option. The house was very clean and the host was incredibly responsive.

Lovely older home close to downtown KC
Great place for our family get together. High ceilings, very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Would stay there again.

Apart from the neighbours with the very loud outdoor camera, this is a lovely house for large traveling groups that need large beds.

Very nice layout and decor! Not far from dinner and lunch venues. Close to downtown! All in all, we had a great time!

My family loved the location and so close to T Mobile center for my son’s graduation. Our home away from home was a 10 out of 10. Our big family was so comfortable and my grandchildren were able to nap and have there usual bedtime uninterrupted by our family playing games and visiting. If ever in KC again I hope this property is available. Clean and modern in a this beautiful older home. Communication with host was exceptional.

Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. House had some creaky floors throughout but is kinda what you expect house is a little older but well done.

Communication with owner/manager was good. He responds quickly.
Home is convenient and walkable to shopping, entertainment. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Volleyball Weekend
We were in Kansas City for a 3 day volleyball tournament. We came from 3 different states to be together. Location was within a couple of miles of all we did. Everyone had their space but room for us all to be together too. Host was very accommodating. We had a great weekend!

Fantastic location, great space, great setup for large groups or families. Clean, well furnished. Didn’t realize it’s two separate units technically in the listing. Otherwise, 10/10 recommend would stay again.
