Great place for all of us to enjoy KC before seeing the Chiefs play on Sunday! We took a walk to the local coffee shop and enjoyed an evening around the fire too!

Grant’s place was perfect for my family plus my in-laws. Very clean, close to the Kansas City Convention Center where we spent most of our time, and very safe and comfortable.

Grant’s place was perfect for 4 of us traveling to a conference in KC. Very easy to get downtown. We’ll hopefully stay there again next year.

8 of us came down for the weekend, plenty of room for all 8 adults. Clean and fully operational! Close to the P&L which we wanted. Will definitely use again!

There were plenty of all the amenities we needed and it was a quick, easy drive to the power and light district. Grant our host was awesome. He stayed connected with us, provided recommendations and responded quickly. The house was perfect for our group. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom.

Stay for Conference

House was very clean and nice. We were able to check in a little early which was very helpful for us to get settled before heading to the first day of our conference. Host communicated quickly.

Perfect for Family Vacation

Beautiful comfortable vacation home. Very clean and modern. Separate entrance for downstairs unit which gave us grandparents some privacy while our son’s family stayed upstairs. Beautiful kitchen so we could eat breakfast together before vacationing at nearby Sea World and Legoland.

We had a fantastic stay at this Kansas City home. Grant was an outstanding host, responsive and helpful from booking through checkout. The house was spotless, newly renovated, and spacious, with thoughtful touches throughout. The downstairs two bedroom apartment was a highlight and worked perfectly for privacy and flexibility. The upstairs living room couch deserves a special mention, incredibly comfortable after long days out. The location was convenient and the home felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. We would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

We just rented Grant’s house this past week for the American Royal Livestock Show. We had plenty of space for 3 couples and a couple of kids. Complete renovation in a neat part of the city and only 2-3 miles back to the Royal. His recommendation for Northeast Pizza and the Coffee house across the street were also highlights of our trip. We plan on rebooking for next year and Grant was great communicating through the process and following up if needed. Thanks for s wonderful stay. J Goodson and Family
