Excellent rental in a nice location
We've stayed at various places in Wildwood over the years, this one was on par with many of them based on location. But better than some in amenities and it did have some definite perks over the others. Being around the block from a Wawa and a block from a Bowling Alley was nice. Also a few blocks from a gym (for my 17-year old) was perfect. The location was good overall, but would be even better if some of the surrounding buildings would get some renovation. That will probably happen over time and is no different than a lot of areas of Wildwood (and is out of the property owner's control).
The property itself was great. We liked the parking/garage in the back and space for 3 vehicles was perfect. The included beach accessories was a great help and made our beach day easier.
Enjoyed the front porch which gets a great breeze, making it nice to sit outside.
Inside it is nearly immaculate. The bathrooms could use a bit of updating (specifically the showers), but I've been told that's coming. This will only make this unit even better.
The furniture was nice and very comfortable. The kitchen amenities were great, including the Keurig coffee maker. They even had a crock pot (we didn't use it though).
The TV in the common area is in an interesting location, but it worked out fine.
We would definitely stay here again.
