This bright and spacious four bedroom LOWER LEVEL condominium is located just 1.5 blocks from Wildwood's beaches and boardwalk. The Wildwood Convention Center is just a short walk away. The boardwalk is 2.5 miles long with amusement piers, restaurants, and specialty shops.
Families can relax on the deck, or sit back and relax in front of the fireplace.
Wireless Internet is included at no additional charge.
The Family Room has a 58" Smart TV (no cable).
The kitchen table has 6 chairs, and the kitchen island has 4 stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 10, a blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and all needed pots, pans, and utensils for cooking.
The living room has a large sectional. In addition, the place is so spacious a sitting area with table and two chairs allows for additional relaxation.
This smoke-free condominium has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser with full mirror, a large closet, 32" Smart TV (no cable) and a full bath.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, a dresser with full size mirror, 32" Smart TV (no cable), and a private deck to enjoy your morning coffee.
The third bedroom has queen size bed, dresser with mirror, large closet, 32" Smart TV (no cable).

Nice condo close to beach
The house was spacious, very well maintained, very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. It was close to the beach and boardwalk. I really enjoyed our stay.

Great property and very communicative and friendly host. Loved the location close to the beach, and the house had everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here for my best friends bachelorette party. The place is way bigger than the pics make it seem and it’s in the perfect location to everything. Close to restaurants, the beach, jet skis. Beautiful kitchen and balcony. Clean. Will be returning!

Amazing home in the crest!
We had the best time staying in Ann’s home! This house is beautiful, had everything you could need, and is in an amazing location. We were more than happy with all of the accommodations and will definitely return in the future !

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was in a great location. It was clean, nicely sized, and the beds were comfortable, which is very important for me when looking for a house. The owner was responsive and sweet as can be! We will be returning next year!

Perfect rental to fully enjoy Wildwood
Clean, spacious, well equipped condo. The beach and boardwalk are steps away. We enjoyed our week very much and highly recommend it!

Wildwood vacation success
The property was as advertised. You never know what to really expect until you arrive, but this unit description was spot on. Location and property owner were awesome.

Off season stay for a sporting event
This is my third year in a row staying at this clean, cozy and convenient property. It’s laid out perfectly for two or three families with children and an easy walk to the beach. Check in and out were a breeze and Ann was easy to work for any questions we had. We’ll be back again next year and can’t recommend the property highly enough for your wildwood vacation.
