This 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps 8 with one king bed, two queen beds, a twin day bed, and twin trundle. It is located in the building closest to the high-speed gondola. Updates throughout including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and modern lighting fixtures. Ideally located in River Run Village, you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, local festivities, and skiing! Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola and can enjoy views of the gondola running from the guest bedrooms. Jackpine Lodge offers shared amenities including a hot tub as well as access to Dakota Lodge shared amenities.
As you enter this spacious condo you will find mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The living area offers a large flat screen TV, cozy new seating, a stacked-stone gas fireplace, and large windows perfect for taking in the incredible alpine views and allowing for beautiful natural light to flow in.
The full kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. New modern light fixtures have been installed above the breakfast bar and dining table.
The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity with granite counters and a shower/tub combination. The first guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The second guest bedroom also features a king size bed and a twin daybed. The guest bathroom features a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.
This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
