Completed in 2018, this multi-level 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom luxury townhome sleeps 12 across two king beds, 2 twin beds, queen-over-queen bunk bed, and a queen size sleeper sofa. It features gorgeous slope views, two private balconies, and a private patio. Vaulted ceilings lend a spacious feel in the open concept living space and there is a second living area that is ideal for movie and game nights. High-end finishes throughout, private laundry and a private garage. Located in River Run Village so you're a short walk from shops, restaurants and the gondola.
The entryway offers mounted hooks, a storage bench, and a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the main living area that features a mounted flat screen TV and a gas fireplace with stone surround. The vaulted ceilings create a spacious feel and the picture frame windows offer gorgeous ski slope views. Head outside to the private deck for some fresh mountain air!
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and new light fixtures. There is also a wine cooler available for guest use. Enjoy meals at the beautiful dining table that seats eight and there are four additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a half bath on this level. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Guests also have access to a private washer and dryer near the half bath. For your convenience, laundry detergent is provided.
The primary suite is also on this upper level and features a private balcony. king-sized bed, and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, granite countertops, and a walk-in shower with tile surround and a glass enclosure. There is storage for personal items in the closet.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
